Please email your claim form, work log and any receipts to your operations officer by the 15th of the month.

Please refer to your contract for your rates.

You can only claim for standards that are “submitted to NZQA” if you are waiting on check moderation to be completed then they will be processed in your next claim.

You can claim for an MNR by putting it in the work log section up to 10 minutes.

Assessor Support Events (formerly called BPWs) claims should be done on a separate claim form and work log and sent with any receipts to [email protected]

Providing your claim has been received by the 15th of the month and approved by the Manager it will be paid on the last day of that month.

The “Expenses” section covers your printing, photocopying, phone, internet up to $25 per month. Millage and any extras related to meetings i.e. meals and parking that you will need to provide receipts for.

You are required to claim each month. Claims cannot be submitted later than 3 months after the completion of the work to which they apply.
