• To support small and medium sized cities who have less resources for modelling
• Aims to be simple and easy to use with limited data input and no need for significant transport modelling experience
• Provides quantified outputs for a range of transport, environmental and economic impacts
• Online, easily accessible tool
• Helps a range of city policy makers to explore and scope initial policy packages (roadmaps) to meet sustainability objectives
• Facilitates discussion and engagement between key city departments with a common tool

Roadmap Promote and Regulate: a scenario based on changing behaviour by means of push and pull incentives.
Light interventions aimed at promoting the use of existing and new alternatives to private transport and to regulate the use of cars and goods vehicles in the city
Objective
The municipal authorities intend to pursue the objective of halving the use of conventional vehicles travelling in the city by 2030.
