The initial starting point is to register an interest and to establish staff accounts (currently there is no charge for this).EIS

EIS provide three courses:› Admin Level 1› Admin Level 2› End User TrainingEIS suggest the two KLZ Administrators for

each school attend these courses.Each course comes with a detailed manual

of the day.Following this training – schools then need to

deliver initial KLZ training the staff.Children will just know what to do intuitively!

Using the Training Site – this is available to all teachers and includes two ‘Demo schools’ giving lots of good examples and ideas.

It is read only – so cannot be damaged!

Available as soon as a school goes ‘live’.

The change-over from existing provider – e.g. RM Easy-mail can take place some time after starting with KLZ.

There is guidance available on the ‘support’ area about the change over.

These will involve extra cost and the HOS team wanted to look at and develop KLZ before thinking about a VLP.
