If I want to be healthy I must eat healthy foods like orange, banana, apple, fish, eggs, milk, carrot, cheese, pumpkin and pasta.I have to exercise I have to be sun safeI have to wash my handsI have to drink lots of water If I want to be healthy

Wils Breakfast Menu

I think that a healthy breakfast should be tomato egg and cheeseand ham on toast with orange juice.With apple dipped in yoghurt.

You should have a healthy dinner like home-made pizza. It has salad, prawns, olives and for a drink a glass of milk. For dessert I would have fruit salad. Wils Dinner Menu
