For corporate or social events, receptions, meetings, galas, or any event you can imagine, our venue will exceed your expectations. With 199 windows within an undulating stainless steel canopy, the Keep Memory Alive Event Center can accommodate 450 guests seated and up to 700 for a standing reception. In addition to the indoor space, you may also consider extending your event into the breezeway and Gehry-designed garden for a reception for up to 1500+ guests. A premier venue in Las Vegas, the center provides flexibility your event needs: indoor or outdoor, we’ll make your special day unforgettable.

ACCOMMODATIONS
• Up to 450 guests seated and up to 700 for a standing reception inside the event center
• Up to 1500 for a reception including the breezeway and reflections garden
• Up to 350 for a classroom set-up with stage
• Up to 450 for a theatre-style set-up with stage
• Our adjacent museum space can be utilized for talent/entertainment/bride & groom green room, staging, silent auction display area, sponsor tables, additional reception space, vip lounge and more
FACILITY FEES & SERVICES
• $5,000 for up to 4 hours Monday-Thursday and $1000 for each subsequent hour
• $7,500 for up to 4 hours Friday-Sunday and $1000 for each subsequent hour
7 We do not charge for same day set up or tear down
• Facility fee includes all of the following:
7 Use of our in-house furniture, including tables, Pedrali chairs, Frank Gehry-designed sofas, bars, etc. (inventory list available upon request)
7 Use of our Frank Gehry-customized Narumi china, Reidel glassware and flatware
7 Use of our Frank Gehry-designed linens (multiple color selections available)
7 Our famous led illumination package with your choice of colors. ($2,500 value)
• Food, Beverage and state of the art audio visual services (lighting, sound, video, etc.) are also available for additional costs. These will be customized for each event and determined by your needs and wants.
7 Cocktail Reception menus start at $45 per person plus 20% service fee and 8.15% tax
7 Buffet Dinner menus start at $70 per person plus 20% service fee and 8.15% tax
7 Plated Dinner menus start at $80 per person plus 20% service fee and 8.15% tax
7 Add one hour of butler passed hors d’oeuvres to any dinner menu for an additional $25 per person plus 20% service fee and 8.15% tax
7 Bar costs are additional
• 5% handling fee for all items will be assessed
FOOD & BEVERAGEFood and beverage services are available for an
additional cost plus 20% service charge, 8.1%
sales tax, and 5% handling fee of the total bill.
Our preferred caterers are Master Chef Gustav
Mauler, The Four Seasons, Cut & Taste, and
Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining, and feature a fully
customizable menu to meet your needs, taste
and budget.
Use of your own caterer is permitted with
facility approval, and includes use of our 3,000
square foot Wolfgang Puck-Designed kitchen.
In these instances, you will be responsible for a
$25.00 per person catering/corkage fee. (200
person minimum).
Please note that while we are a non-profit
organization, event proceeds are not tax-
deductible. However 100% of proceeds go
towards the research, treatment and clinical
studies of neurological diseases at the Cleveland
Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. Thank

CUT AND TASTEOur newest catering option, the innovative Cut and Taste team will create a tailored reception, buffet or plated dinner designed specifically for your unique event and your budget. Committed to detail and cutting edge food trends, creating great impressions in both food and presentation is their top priority. With the ability to offer high quality dining at a fraction of the cost, Cut and Taste takes every event as the chance to set the bar higher.

Their team of experienced professionals will customize a detailed menu for you to meet all your needs. Your guests will be wowed with the white glove service that Four Seasons is renowned for.
GUSTAV MAULERA native Austrian, Gustav E. Mauler is President and CEO of Gustav International Chartered, a restaurant, hospitality, management and consulting company based in Las Vegas. Mauler influenced changes in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas, paving the way for independent restaurateurs and celebrity chefs to come to the city. He has mentored numerous aspiring chefs who have gone on to become executive chefs at some of Vegas’ top properties and restaurants.
