Today, there is so much attention gi en to the idea of channeling, psychic readings, mediums and other forms of the unseen. Many find solace in connecting to loved ones and others of those who are no longer walking the earth due to physical death. Still others are seeking answers to perceived problems in the physical world. Whatever the reason tocontact the spirit world, there are many who ascend to the other side after walking the earth only to return to assist those who call upon them for help.

The title of Ascended Master is given to a being who, while having a physical experience here on the earth, reached a state of ascension or, another term, “enlightenment.” Ever eager to assis, these beings communicate with those still on the earth, helping with the evolutionary process of life.

During the channel, Elizabeth goes into a deep state, appearing as though sleeping. Elizabeth al-lows others to speak, using her as the physical me-dium to doso. Many will receive messages. Please bring a notebook and pen to take notes, as many times the messages are prolific as well as specific to the questioner.

There are Two UFO Groups In Town!

FIRST: The CNY MUFON (Mutul UFO Network) group meets once a month for fascinating presentations on various aspects of ufology. the worldwide peace meditation event on Monday evening, February10th, “Tracing Roots of Peace.”

Sheila Applegate led the meditation. Twyman, Ralph Singh, and Val Cook delivered inspirational talks

and beautiful peace songs were sung by Joanne Shenandoah and Diane Shenandoah (who also deliv-

ered the Thanksgiving Prayer and told a brief version of The Peacemaker Story. Sue Savion and Joe

Thompson also attended this filmed event.

On Sunday, the 9th of February in Auburn, Twyman dressed as St. Francis and treated everyone to his

music and song and the life story of Frances: “Brother Sun, Sister Moon” Joanne and John Verone,

Nancy and Dale Gallagher and Sue and Joe all went out to dinner afterwards—once we found a res-

taurant that was open! It was a nice Birthday dinner for Sue.

Spiritually Transformative Experience

Patterns in Your Life Plan

We know that we are the co-creators of our own life plan, and on a soul level the pattern of our experi-ences are part of our learning and spiritually evolving. But, what is that pattern? What is my life purpose and have I achieved it, yet? Spiritually Transformative Experiences are experiences that cause the subject to perceive themselves and the world profoundly differently: by expanding the individual’s identity, augmenting their sensitivi-ties, and thereby altering their values, priorities and appreciation of the purpose of life. This may be trig-gered by surviving clinical death, or by otherwise sensing an enlarged reality. There are many types and many names for experiences that can share common features and be cata-lysts for spiritual transformation: near-death experiences (NDEs), near-death-like experiences (NDLEs), out-of-body experiences (OBEs), visions, spiritual emergencies, awakenings, kundalini experiences, en-lightenment, exceptional human experiences (EHEs), pre-birth memories, past-life experiences, nearing death awareness (NDAs), after-death communications (ADCs), empathic or shared near-death experi-ences, peak experiences, etc. STEs include or may be called transcendent, transpersonal, mystical, anomalous, religious, paranormal, parapsychological or ecstatic experiences. These experiences can happen at any time, to anyone, under any circumstance. Some experiences are sought after through meditation, yoga, drugs, religious practices, dance, drumming, sensory deprivation or prayer. Other ex-periences can happen spontaneously without expectation. Sometimes these experiences are huge and impressive, loud and overwhelming, like a thunder-storm. Sometimes they are soft and small and quiet, like a gentle summer rain. Every one of us has had such experiences, obvious or subtle, pleasant or painful, delightful or frightening. Whatever they are, these experiences are very important to you, and to your life story. But, how did they get onto your life path, what were you thinking when you put them there, what was the pattern supposed to become? What if you could go on a journey back to the planning process of your current life, and see, once again, how all of it got put together, before you were even born? What if you could see the path your life has been on, since the beginning, so you can see these divine patterns and acquire a better understand the divine wisdom of your own choices? If you look at the time-line of your life, from the beginning to this moment, there is a wonderful pattern of opportunities for learning and moving towards awakening to your own Divinity. Once you have seen and understood how these patterns flow, the story of your life will make more sense, you will see how you are the hero of your own story. Then, you can write your own story, your own Hero’s Journey. This one-day workshop is a transpersonal journey into the Divine process of life planning. …..Lisa Ward had quite a story to tell! It was an unbelievable transfor-mation that she described. Having multiple serious medical issues, she was about to give up. But...then a voice told her not to give up and that she would be all right. The next day, ALL of her ailments had disap-peared. She continued to lead a healthy lifestyle after that. Now she is a symptom-free voice for the miracle that she experienced. She talked at length, patiently answering every question from our audience.

….Debbie Pillsbury is feeling more upbeat these days, as she has gifted herself with a week’s vacation in the Berkshires. Her birthday was last week.

…….Wamda Wood also took off for a week, flying out to Portland, Oregon to reunite with many of her Native friends.. Wanda’s birthday is on the 18th.

…..Sue Savion is very happy that her knee is healing well after an operation on January 2nd to repair two torn meniscuses and a tear in her ACL. She is now free of the brace and driving her car again. But she found it delightful that she had many generous people give her rides (three rides in two dif-ferent Teslas included!) The time to talk with a friend or daughter in their car was very special.
