KIVALINA EVACUATION & SCHOOL SITE ACCESS ROAD Repave the runway, taxiways, and taxi lane. Repair airport lighting and replace signs and pavement markings. UTQIAĠVIK (BARROW) AIRPORT PAVEMENT OVERLAY Rehabilitate Bering Street in Nome from the intersection of Front Street to the intersection of Greg Kruschek Avenue, including ADA improvements and utilities. Replace the existing culverts that provide hydrologic connectivity between the Fleming Creek estuary and Orca Inlet with new fish-passage culverts. Rehabilitate the Dalton Highway between MP 362-414, including widening, spot repair, and resurfacing 52 miles of the highway near Deadhorse. Rehabilitate the Parks Highway between MP 163-168.5 and 169.5-174, including constructing passing lanes and improving drainage. Reconstruct the Richardson Highway between MP 159-167, including replacing the existing culvert at Haggard Creek with a new bridge. Preserve the pavement on the Richardson Highway and provide bridge rehabilitation, roadside hardware, and utility improvements.
