One of the main directions of the activity of “Corporation
Uraltechnostroy” Ltd. is the manufacture of modular-completed pumping
stations of various purposes. A rich experience of the similar equipment
manufacture and close interaction with leading Russian and foreign
engineering companies allow us to offer the Customer a ready-made modern
technical solution, taking into account completely its requirements.
“Corporation Uraltechnostroy” Ltd. specialists developed a number
of base variants of the equipment, the use and adaptation of which for a
specific project allows decreasing a period of a request study essentially.
Pumping stations are developed and manufactured as per TU 3667-
004-45211680-06 “Oil transfer modular pumping station. Technical requirements”, TU 3667-005-45211680-06 “Water
transfer modular pumping station. Technical requirements” and TU 3683-016-45211680-2007 “Fire-fighting modular
pumping station. Technical requirements”. Automated chemicals injection module as per TU 3667-009-45211680-06.
The delivery of pumping stations is made with the package of passports and documentation for the materials,
equipment and articles completed, supplied by manufacturers. GOST R conformity certificates are attached for
pumping stations assembled and components.
The delivery of quick-wearing details and spares and accessories to the completed equipment is made as per
standard documentation, specified in the passports of manufacturers.
Equipment and materials manufacturers are defined at the design stage and contract conclusion stage for the
delivery of the pumping station.

Control of process parameters is provided in the modules of
pumping stations, including:
• pump unit suction pressure;
• pump unit discharge pressure;
• differential pressure at filters;
• pump leakages control;
• pump unit vibration;
• gate-valves condition after pumps;
• temperature of pump unit bearings and seals;
• oil temperature in oil boxes (in case oil station is available);
• fire alarm;
• control and gas content indication;
• oil level in oil boxes (in case oil station is available).
Control of pump units, valves, display of operation parameters,
condition, units and equipment of the pumping station is made by means of
operator’s graphic panel, mounted at the front door of the cabinet of the
control system. Furthermore, a possibility is provided for data output and
control of the pump station operation from high level control system
through Ethernet interface.
ACS, mounted in the control system cabinet, is provided in case of
failures in power supply circuit.
The installation of cabinets of low voltage switch device is possible
for supply of the electrical equipment of the oil transfer pumping station.
Control of pump units’ electrical motors is made by control, safety
and automation stations. Frequency transducers are used to eliminate
high starting currents, limitations of power surges and failures as well as to
maintain process parameters at the set level by control of motor rotation
frequency.

Modular-structure shelter represents itself a frame, welded from steel locked profile and three-layered
sandwich panels encased with a non-flammable basalt heat insulation material. The base-frame of the modular-
structure shelter is a welded metallic frame from a steel hot-rolled profile. The frame is covered with sheet metal and
heat-insulated with non-flammable basalt heat insulation material.The modular units’ structure provides a possibility of their transportation by railway, water and motor
transportation means.
Lighting is artificial. A lamp switching in premises is made by switches. Outdoor switching is also provided in
front of the entrance doors.
Modular-structure shelter’s heating is water or electrical, depending on the Customer’s requirements.
Modular-structure shelter’s indoor temperature is not lower than plus 5 °С. The ventilation is supply-and-exhaust one with a mechanical and natural inducement. Natural exhaust
ventilation is from upper area, designed for a single air exchange. The mechanical exhaust ventilation is of a periodical action, designed for removal of 8-multiple air volume from lower section for a full volume of the premise.
The automated fire alarm system is provided in the module, including: fire thermal annunciators, fire manual
annunciator installed at the entrance to the pumping station, light and acoustic indicator board "Fire" etc.
Instrumentation in the pumping station module are installed on pipelines and removed to individual racks.
Cables from sensors are routed in ducting and led away to junction boxes, installed on the inner side of the pumping
station module.
A carriage-type device is provided in the pumping station module, purposed for handling of the pump unit to the
service platform together with its frame, in case of its repair, as well as manual hoist with hoisting capacity of 1 ton.

Modular oil transfer pumping station is purposed for oil transfer in oil gathering and preparation systems.
The equipment and pipelines of the modular-structure pumping stations are located in the same machine hall.
Main process equipment is electrical pump units of centrifugal type with electrical ex-proof execution motor on the
single frame. The piping of each pump unit includes: receiving and pressure pipelines, which consist of shutoff valves,
check valve, drain pipelines, instruments racks. All pipelines are located inside the machine hall.
The pumping station may be located either in modular structure shelter or on the open frame in various
structural execution and completeness, depending on the Customer’s requirements.
Oil from external source via the intake header is delivered to the inlet of pumps. Filters for oil treatment from
mechanical impurities are provided at the inlet to the pumps. At the outlet of the pumps, oil via pressure pipeline through
the check valve and gates is delivered to the header.

Oil export transfer pumping station is purposed for commercial oil delivery to the main pipeline.
Main process equipments of oil export transfer pumping station are pump units of Oil Transfer Station. This type
of pumps is designed for oil, oil products, liquefied hydrocarbon gases transfer, and others, similar per fluids physical
properties with temperature from minus 80 to plus 400 ?С. Each pump unit piping consists of: receiving and pressure
pipelines, filters at receiving lines, shutoff valves, check valves at pressure lines, pipelines of drain system with valves,
oil lubrication system of pumps and motors’ bearings, consisting of oil stations and pipelines of oil circulation with
valves. Oil station, in its turn, represents oil feed pump unit and oil storage vessel with piping. The pumping station may
be located in the modular-structure shelter or on the open frame in various design execution and completeness,
depending on the Customer’s requirements.
Oil from outer source via receiving pipelines through filters is fed to pumps inlet, by means of which it is
delivered to the pipeline of further oil transport.
Bearings of pumps and electrical motors in the process of operation are lubricated and cooled by oil,
delivered by oil stations’ pumps, via oil system pipelines.

Water Transfer Modular Pumping station may be used as booster pumping station, domestic transfer pumping
station and pumping station for pumping out of treated water at Modular Cluster Pumping Station (MCPS) in the field
gathering system and oil and gas treatment units.
Water Transfer Modular Pumping stations are completed with pump units for water transfer of Centrifugal and
other types; filters; piping and cabling; shutoff and control valves; automation means and instrumentation; manual
hoist; carriage-type devices; service platforms; modular-structure shelter, equipped with systems of electrical or water
heating, ventilation, lighting, alarm, drainage. Water Transfer Modular Pumping station may be located in the modular-
structure shelter or on the open frame in various design execution and completeness, depending on the Customer’s
and Developer’s requirements.
Additional completeness of the pump units with operation control and alarm devices as per Customer’s option.
Premise of the water transfer pumping station is made from modular structures with dimensions 3000х6000х2950 mm,
3000х9000х2950 mm, 3000х12000х2950 mm, which may be connected and completed in any version as per
Customer’s and Developer’s requirements.
Water Transfer Modular Pumping stations with pump units comply with OST 26.260.18-2004 «Process
Modules for gas and oil industry. General technical requirements» and other normative documentation.

Мodular Pumping station over artesian well is designed for water pumping out from artesian well and its
delivery to consumers with the purpose of provision of drinkable and technical water supply at the enterprises of various
purposes, manufacturing entities.
Downhole pump with control panel, filter-mud trap, meter and valves package. For mounting and dismantling of
the downhole pump and pressure pipeline, the modular-structure shelter roof is equipped with a manhole with
dimensions of 1500х1500 mm, аs well as service platform for securing of the erection works. Modular-structure
shelters are furnished with load-lifting machinery (hoists), electrical or water heating, lighting, ventilation systems, gas-
content control and fire alarm sensors.
Additional completeness of pump units by means of controls and signalization as per Customer’ desire.
The manufacture of the pumping station modular structure over artesian well complies with OST 26.260.18-
2004 «Process Modules for gas and oil industry. General technical requirements».

Modular firefighting pumping station is designed for water and foam former solution delivery into firefighting
network in the oil and gas production complex projects for automatic firefighting of oil tanks and process equipment.
Equipment and pipelines of pump units are disposed in the same machine hall. Main process equipments are
electrical pump units for water delivery, water circulation pump units, foam former solution vessel (pump brand and
vessel volume are defined depending on Customer’s requirements and data sheets). Each pump unit piping consists
of: receiving and pressure pipelines, which include shutoff valves, check valves, pipelines of drain system, instruments
racks.

Блок автоматизированной подачи реагента предназначен для дозированного ввода жидких
деэмульгаторов и ингибиторов коррозии в трубопровод промысловой системы транспорта и подготовки нефти
с целью осуществления внутренней деэмульсации нефти, а также защиты трубопроводов и оборудования от
коррозии.
Блок автоматизированной подачи реагента (БАПР) выполнен в блочном исполнении. Оборудование
монтируется на сварной раме и находится в теплоизолированном помещении.
БАПР состоит из:
l технологического отсека;
l аппаратурного отсека.
В технологическом отсеке смонтированы:
l насос дозатор, осуществляющий непрерывное объемное дозирование жидких деэмульгаторов и
ингибиторов коррозии (предусмотрен резервный насос-дозатор);
l насос шестеренный типа НМШ, осуществляющий заполнение технологических емкостей реагентом и
периодическое перемешивание реагента в емкостях;
l емкость технологическая, предназначенная для хранения и подогрева реагента с помощью
вмонтированного электронагревателя. Технологическая емкость имеет указатель уровня для визуального
контроля уровня жидкости.
Управление электрооборудованием, установленным в технологическом отсеке, производится от
шкафа управления, который находится в аппаратурном отсеке. Местная система управления,
осуществляющая регулирование подачи ингибитора в зависимости от расхода нефтегазожидкостной смеси,
включает в себя микропроцессорное устройство управления и КИП и А.
Параметры, которые можно снять с местной системы управления:
l давление на выкиде насосов;
l температура реагентов, деэмульгаторов;
l сигнализация нижнего аварийного уровня технологической емкости.
Блоки-укрытия оснащаются электрической или водяной системой отопления, системами освещения,
вентиляции, контроля загазованности и датчиками пожарной сигнализации.
Помещение блока автоматизированной подачи реагента БАПР выполняется из модулей габаритами
3000х6000х2950мм, 3000х9000х2950мм, которые могут соединяться и комплектоваться в любом варианте по
требованию Заказчика и Проектировщика.
Изготовление блока автоматизированной подачи реагента БАПР соответствует ОСТ 26.260.18-2004
«Блоки технологические для газовой и нефтяной промышленности. Общие технические требования».
