Kreativität und Produktivität finden seit 2010 eine neue Spielstätte in
München-Sendling. Auf dem früheren Produktionsgelände von Philip Morris
entstand auf rund 60.000 m² eine Ideenfabrik mit Ateliers, Büros und
Hallen für Produktion, Lager und Logistik sowie Wohnungen, ein Fitness-
studio und Café.

Creativity and productivity have found a new stage since 2010 in
Munich-Sendling, namely on the former Philip Morris production site.
A factory for ideas has arisen covering around 60,000 sqm. with studios,
offices, production halls, warehouses and logistics as well as apartments
and a fitness studio and café.
TELTOW WERFT | BERLIN
Auf einer rund 2,5 ha großen Liegenschaft an der Sachtlebenstraße in
Berlin-Zehlendorf entwickelt die Investa Real Estate ein neues Quartier
für Wohnen, Leben und Arbeiten. Geplant sind auf dem Gelände um das
Hafenbecken der ehemaligen Teltow Werft rund 180 Wohneinheiten sowie
Gewerbeflächen in den alten, denkmalgeschützten Werfthallen. Ein Teil des
neuen Quartiers, rund 27 Einheiten, wird dabei als geförderter Mietwoh-
nungsbau entwickelt. Die insgesamt im Rahmen des Projekts zu erstellende
Baumasse wird sich auf rund 24.000 m² BGF belaufen.

On a 2.5-hectare property on Sachtlebenstraße in the Zehlendorf district
of Berlin, Investa Real Estate is developing a new quarter for housing, living
and working. On the site around the harbor basin of the former Teltow
shipyard, some 180 residential units as well as commercial space are being
planned in the old monument-protected shipyards. A part of the new
quarter, some 27 units, will be developed as subsidized rental housing
construction. The total construction volume to be created in the project
will amount to 24,000sqm. gross floor area.
