OutlookSet Microsoft mailbox to Outlook software

Open Control Panel

Click Mail icon

Click Show ProfilesClick Add

Input a name for configuration

Choose E-mail Account and click Next

Choose Manually configure server seetings or additional server types and click and click "NextChoose Internet E-mail and click "Next

Choose Outgoing Server and choose My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authenticationRefer to screenshot choose and input info, and click OK
