The control of diseases in Kenya and in many African countries remains an urgent priority with over 80% of the population at risk of infection. Vector control is a key component of the Roll Back diseases Global Strategic Plan being implemented around the world. The use of natural as well as synthetic insecticides & vector control products is a well-tested and proven method of vector control and elimination in many households and institutions.
