collaborating on the continuing development and dissemination of the LinguaFolio® Student Self-Assessment Portfolio.

advocating for long sequences of K-12 language-learning;

advising state education policy-makers and SEA officials of national trends and new innovations in WL and international education;

overseeing the development and revision of state learning standards and curricular frameworks;

delivering high-quality PD to K-12 WL educators, administrators & specialists;

providing support for new teacher evaluation models & credit flexibility plans;

participating in efforts to recruit and retain WL teachers;

supporting the activities of the State Boards of Education;

directing international education initiatives;

attending and presenting at state, regional, national and international conferences;
