Purpose
To create and later on install an exhibit in a display case located at the Putnam, which focuses on the contributions the Palmers made as members of this community
Through the things the Palmers collected, to generate a greater local interest in both the Putnam and the Palmer Museum and Mansion

Title sign, introductory didactic, map to pin the locations of the artifacts in the world, photos of B.J. and Mabel and their travel books, artifact didactics, personal photos from B/J. and Mabel’s travels, excerpts from their books, map of the Putnam to connect an activity locating other Palmer donated artifacts, and closing didactic
Roof tile from China, opium pipe from the Orient, cookie mold from Germany, blow gun and darts from Malaysia or Indonesia, boomerang from Australia, and pair of slippers from East India
Results
Budget: didactic backing, didactic paper/printing, mounts, maps, Palmer photos, paint, tape, ETC
Evaluation: front-end (test ideas -> YOU!), formative (testing effectiveness -> attendance, summative (discover if the exhibit works -> track and/or interview)
