Energy saving and cost saving measures

At current energy-peaks switch loads off of plant parts (refrigerant compressors, pressure air compressors), as long as sufficient buffer is there.

For low-power tariff times (eg at night) turn of plant parts (refrigerant compressors, pressure air compressors), to fill the buffer. If the current is low, go down with the glycol temperature;

Hot water tank production in low-power tariff times.

Resource conservation and cost savings

Line cleaning: for media separation use only about 6 hl of water between different agents. With that a good media separation this is possible.

Optimization of switching-points for the medium-separation (caustic, water, acid etc).

Resource conservation and cost savings

Cooling energy is extremely expensive, and the compressors can save a lot of energy when they are used optimally.

adjust the temperature and pressure for Glycol dynamically by the demand. This should be calculated from the cooling equipment such as tanks (which amount is included and which Delta-T is the aim), word cooler etc. Also, the set point for the pressure can be optimized.

The refrigeration compressors have an optimal speed range, depending on how they are currently in use. Comply with these operating rules by according Software.

General Functions

The Output can depend of any flag. This flag could be activated from a sequencer.

You can input a Sequence and Step-number to activate the function.

The function can be controlled by a timer.

You can use a countdown timer (one start). E.g. from now on for 3 hours and 10 minutes

The function can be controlled as a function of the week-day

Pulsed Output: for example every minute for 10 second, e.g. for a dosing-control

There is an analogue module. With that the output can be controlled an measured value. And you can define hysteresis, switching direction (switch with actual value > or <).

There are two digital modules with an input query on "= 1" or "= 0". This helps to create an interlocking (e.g. when stop by level min). Or using the function "Reset output", you can realize a level-control. The second input in this case is the level max.

There is a "delay on" and a "delay off" for all functions. With that you can have a reliable switching. Or guarantee that the Output is on for a minimum time

Up to four outputs can be controlled (e.g. valve or motor / pump), two of ICM group 1, two of ICM group 2. The feedback of the corresponding valve is displayed.

A message can be generated

Also a flag can be activated as Output. This can be used in another module as input, for example if the conditions are not sufficient in one module. Or they can be evaluated in the sequence.

A sequence with different Steps can be activated conditionally

The status on / off of any element (time, analogue, digital) will be displayed. So you have an overview of what is missing.

The individual modules can also be combined, e.g. the same output can be used in different modules.

The button "only reset / interlock" could be used if the output is activated by some other application. The output is only reset by this function. This can be e.g. a function of a energy management system.

You can use the module as "Alarm". The output is activated with delay (to disarm). And you can define a off-time for not to have the alarm too often.

There is also the possibility to use the module as a "pulse". With the conditions, the output is switched on only for a certain time. This can be e.g. an activation by a push-button.

There is the possibility of the module to work as a PID controller. Then you have to select the appropriate analogue Output, Set point and actual value. The rest is done by the module, for example the switching of the output to "0" when not in use, etc. The output of the PID is shown.

Any number of these Universal Functions can be used (default DB length is 50 modules)

All the names of the elements used can be changed directly (units, names for inputs and outputs etc). For the module itself, a name can be specified.
