– May Not have Need if Current Suppliers are Satisfactorily Performing– Will Need Future Suppliers to Support Continuing Company Growth
– If Potential Need, then SBLO will Arrange for Supplier Self-Survey• Supplier is Sent a Web-Link to Complete a Survey
– Capabilities Represent Potential Strategic Alignment with ViaSat’s Needs
– If a Self-Survey is Completed, ViaSat will Debrief the Supplier– Either Meets Minimum Capability Threshold or Not
– If Meets Threshold and There’s Actual Need, Then will Visit Supplier• Supplier Quality Certification Typical & Based on Visiting Supplier Site
