1. We would deliver the course to a group of people selected as the first candidates for the course. The trainers would be present

2. We would then co-deliver the course with the trainers, giving them experience of the course – twice

3. They would then deliver the course, and we would sit in providing them with constructive feedback on their performance

1. We will work out a cost for the whole programme after the appraisal stage

2. It will consist of four parts :• Cost of appraisal – approximately 3

days• Cost of development of materials –

estimated 3 days per course day to be developed

• Cost of delivering/attending courses• License fee to cover right to intellectual

property and also access to continued course development
