The education department has been busy creating new and exciting events. Last month we had our first Lecture Series Speaker Margot Hervieux who spoke on Peace County ecology. Our next lecture series will be November 7th: Chris Jass a Quaternary Palaeontologist will be speaking on ‘Digging in the Dark’. In November we are launching a new Art at the Museum program with Artist Lynn LeCorre-‐Dallaire, join us on November 14 for Paleo Printmaking! November 20th the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum will host its first Night at the Museum event withwith musician and actor Cam White. The show is based on interactive elements and audience participation. It is a great way to get children and adults alike interested in palaeontology and geology. For more information on our education programs and events please visit our website.
