Happy half term holiday to you. This week's quick easy recipe is for Nutella Cookies and uses just 3 ingredients to make. Thank you to Olivia in Ash Class for sending the recipe in.
Described as a flat, small cake, cookies are a long-loved snack that has been around for thousands of years.
Ingredients:
160 g Nutella.
150g S R flour.
1 egg.
Equipment:
Large Mixing Bowl.
Wooden Spoon.
Fork.
Greased Baking Tray.
Begin by Washing your hands and pre heating the oven to 190 c /Fan 170c /Gas mark 4.
Weigh out your ingredients.
Now mix the egg and chocolate spread together.
When combined add the flour a little at a time.
Keep Stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
Divide the dough into 12 balls and place on baking tray, then press down with a fork.
Ask an adult to place cookies in oven and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and leave to cool before enjoying.
I hope you all have a lovely half term and maybe get to eat outside in the sunshine. Please continue to send us your photos to [email protected]
