S u m m a r y : The analysis of providing of medical help for Vologda children in five main specialties during 2003-2005 was carried out. A number of organizational troubles were revealed including low staffing of specialized pediatric service, insufficient succession in the work between physicians of narrow specialties and district pediatricians, weak material and technical supply, unreasonable organization and overloading of out-patient perception by doctors, lack of time for patients reception.

S u m m a r y . The major part in a legal estimation of adverse consequences of treatment, definition guilty and an estimation of size of the put damage is the service is judicial-medical examination. Last 5 years the increase in number of "medical" examinations that is connected with growth of references of patients and their relatives in law-enforcement and judicial bodies with applications for inadequate rendering medical aid is observed.
Most problem medical specialities there is a surgery, traumatology and obstetrics-gynecology that is connected with the raised risk of a failure during treatment. Quite often occasion for submission of statements of claim on affairs in which defects of rendering of medical aid were absent, or were insignificant, infringements of ethics and deontology from medical workers have served.

S u m m a r y : The article prersents index of postoperative quality of life after conventional cholecystectomy, laparoscopic and mini-approuch cholecystectomy in 3-6 years after surgery. No influence of the type of cholecystectomy on frequency of inadequate results was shown. The most typical reasons for inadequate results were progressive current of concomitant diseases.

S u m m a r y : Performed examination shows the necessity of the serious preparation of real and potential leaders on different questions of management. Their positions are very strong in strategic leadership, positive approach to innovations appropriate knowledge of professional problems and good relations with colleagues. The analysis revealed that great part of workers have the potential of leaders, they are sure that they are very responsible and can rule the collective and find the approaches in various conflict situations. As we detected, the most part of such persons are younger than 40 years old. In examined collectives there were all the possibilities for realization of democratic leadership but such a invention should be slow and careful as some of the workers need serious control. At present time there is important that leader would discuss with workers not only today’s tasks but also strategic plans and possible results, involving all the workers in the ruling process. Leaders must be more active in financial stimulating of workers and also moral stimulation, what is of serious importance for personnel.

"State of labour employment of disabled people on regional level" (according to material of placement service activity in St.-Petersburg) is given the analysis of condition of vocational rehabilitation on regional level on example of St.-Petersburg. The article describes general directions of placement service (PC) activities by job placement of disabled people, analyses comparative social-hygienic of citizens and disabled people kept in a record in PC and examines the dynamics descriptions of job placement and vocational training of disabled people over 12 years (1994-2005). There is showed in the article that efficiency of job placement of disabled people depends on complex problem-solving.

S u m m a r y : To create presentation about bearing state in contemporary children and teenagers 2125 schoolchildren of the Uzbek nationality of the grades 1-9 have been examined. Analysis carried out of the bearing state exhibited an availability of one or some signs of bearing disorders in the majority of schoolchildren. Features of physical development in children with bearing disorders were characterized by signs of higher level in height and dysharmonicity - by body mass. It was revealed that accelerated growth and asthenic type of constitution often leads to bearing disorders. It should be consider an age 7-8 and 10-11 for girls, 7-9 and 11-12 for boys as critical aging periods for formation of bearing, when risk of developing bearing disorders was increasing. It should be take into consideration in organization of preventive measurements.

S u m m a r y . Food status of 97 pregnant women living in Orel has been recently investigated. It has been found out that most women investigated at the beginning of their pregnance suffer from weight loss in comparison with their weight before pregnance. Laboratory criteria of food status of 75 per cent of pregnant women correspond to the standard. Their general weight increase is about 11,46±3,75 kg that corresponds to the recommended norm.

S u m m a r y : Analysis of development of separate pathological conditions of perinatal period (SPCPP) in 25 688 newborns revealed various degree of influence of non-occupational risk factors to which their mothers were exposed. The highest risk for developing SPCPP was associated with excessive use of alcoholic drinks (OR=2,72), misuse of pharmacologic drugs such as hormones and antibiotics (OR=2,43), and tobacco smoking (OR=1,46).

S u m m a r y . Anti-oxidative state of 35 pregnant women with fetoplacental dysfunction from a group of patients vulnerable to intrauterine infection was studied and the efficacy of Reamberin during combined therapy of fetoplacental dysfunction was evaluated. We have performed an examination of condition of anti-oxidative protection system, lipid peroxidation, ultrasonic fetometry and placentography, and Doppler imaging. Сombined therapy with Reamberin resulted in increase of total anti-oxidative activity by 30% (p<0.05), improvement of blood flow parameters in fetal-uteroplacental vessels (according to resistance index in umbilical cord artery).

S u m m a r y : The article proposes measures that are focused on search, identification, collection and recycling of local sources of pollution (contamination), by means of the sanitary situation improvement and detoxication of uncontrolled waste dumps in the villages Lavrentia and Lorino located in Chukotka Autonomous District.
For the first time in long-term history, on the initiative of the local residents, a work on clearing these settlements’ territory from toxic waste has been started. High level of public concern and the readiness of the local residents to start works on clearing the contaminated territory allowed to select volunteers among the local residents and to teach them safe handling of the toxic substances.

S u m m a r y : Social-hygienic monitoring (SHM) is an integral part of the environmental and health management. Analytical materials collected in the course of SHM and population health risk assessment serve as a ground for management decision-making. SHM in the course of construction of the ring road means identification of quantitative and qualitative changes of the environment with time. Only systematic and thoroughly planned observations give an opportunity to identify the nature and trend of such changes by connecting them with major adverse factors of construction.

S u m m a r y : Healthy atomic electric power station workers with irradiation doses were examined. It was revealed that high level of the blood lipid risk factor for atherosclerosis don’t accompanied by T3─low syndrome, as a typical ischemic heart disease sign. Compensatory increase thyrotrophic activity and speed up the process of thyroid hormones peripheral transformation initiated by prolonged professional effect of radiation influence was shown.

S u m m a r y : The lactoferrin is detected in common saliva of 1026 patients and 1426 relative health people of several social groups by immunodiffusion methods. Its levels increase have patients with respiratory, digestive diseases, diabetes and industrial workers with ecological bad conditions of labor. We conclusion, that immunochemical lactoferrins test is perspective for dispensary screening and monitoring of health estimation. S u m m a r y . The results of neoangiogenesis has been studied for the treatment of 42 patients with lower arterial atherosclerosis occlusive disease. We studied the results in the 3 groupies including 14 patients in the each. Autological progenitor cells (CD133+) were transplanted in I group. Leucocytes bone morrow cells were transplanted in II group. The patients of III group was injected isotonic solution as a placebo.

S u m m a r y . The article represents the data on studying intravascular activation of platelets and parameters of abnormal copper metabolism at 39 patients with hepatocerebral dystrophy (Wilson disease). Control group consists of 25 healthy people. Data about influence

hypoceruloplasminemia and hypocupremia on quantity and aggregation of platelets, a level of free copper in blood – on activation of platelets in blood are obtained. At patients with hepatocerebral dystrophy the factor promoting development of quantitative and qualitative abnormalities of platelets, is abnormal copper metabolism.

S u m m a r y : Clinical symptoms, quality of life and personality disorders were studied in 71 elderly patients aged 75-84 suffering from ischemic heart disease and chronic heart failure of NYHA class III. Patients were divided on 2 groups being depended on personality disorders. Depressive symptoms were revealed in 56% of patients. Multiple regression analysis showed that clinical symptoms were consistently and closely associated with depressive symptoms and quality of life

S u m m a r y . 105 (40%) patients from 260 have been made sphincterconservation operations at a cancer of a rectum of low localization. Use of own updating of operations, and also keeping of indications and conditions of their performance was accompanied by a lethality of 4%, frequency of postoperative complications of 15%, five years' survival rate of 64%.

S u m m a r y . The analysis of the variability of aortic pulse amplitude (APA) and microvascular pulse amplitude (MPA) of great toe has been performed in apparently healthy men and women aged 35-55 years. Power spectral analysis of APA variability showed the prevalence of high-frequency (HF) oscillation range (0,15-0,5 Hz) associated with respiration; and the prevalence of very low-frequency (VLF) oscillation (0,025-0,075 Hz) in MPA variability, which was found to be the marker of humoral-metabolic regulation. There were found gender related specifications of absolute and relative indices of vascular pulse variability.

S u m m a r y : The assessment of degree of disorders of extracardic regulation of cardiac rhythm and changing of kinin system in 530 patients with acute infarct myocardium was conducted. It was found that changing of kallikrein kinin system of blood (quick and massive formation, and quick disappearance of them) in biochemic regulation could be factor – predictor of disorders of extracardiac regulation and development of sudden death.

S u m m a r y . The article shows the remaxol influence on main links of cells antioxidant system in case of experimental liver damage by medicine. The injection of remaxol to animals with hepatotoxical damage increases the level of restored glutathione, saves concentration of SH- groups of proteins in liver tissues on the level of intact animals, which allows to achieve the saving of thioldisulfide status of hepatocytes. Remaxol helps to keep intact the energetic substrates of hepatocytes by saving activity of glucosae-6-phosphatedehydrogenase
(wich increases restored NADPH и glutathione enzymes), preventing oxidative damage glutathionereductase and glutathione-S-transferase. The antioxidant effect have been noted also in the case of catalase and glutathoineperoxidase’s activity study, the concentration of whose, under remaxol influence, had increased above normal level, and also in the case of decreasing concentration of the end products of lipid peroxidation (malondialdehyde and dyene conjugates), which confirms its clinical use in the cases of medicine and toxic liver damages.

S u m m u r y . Efficiency of hepa-mertz was studied in 80 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B (CHVB). Control group included 20 healthy donors of analogous age and sex structure. It was established that immunocorrecting effect was more expressed in HBsAg-negative patients with CHVB. Production of IL-1 and IL-8 in patients with CHVB depends on presence/absence of HBsAg in patients blood.

S u m m a r y . In the present study 644 infusions of Reamberin solution were administered to 102 patients at 468 years of age. Among them were 14 patients after coronary artery bypass graft surgery and myocardial infarction; 15 patients with acute coronary syndrome and exertional angina; 11 patients with coronary heart disease II-B associated with circulatory deficiency; 13 patients with cardiac rhythm disorders (atrial fibrillation, paroxismal
supraventricular tachycardia, extrasystole); 18 patients with primary hypertension associated with circulatory deficiency; 2 patients with myocardiodystrophy (with pain reaction); 8 patients at follow-up care after brain infarction; 7 patients with neuropathy (cardiophyshoneurosis, vertebral artery syndrome, aftereffects of head injury, multiocular sclerosis); 14 patients with chronic pancreatitis, hepatitis, fatty hepatosis; 8 patients with toxic alcohol and discirculatory encephalopathy and polyneuropathy; 10 patients with other diseases, including lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans, chronic renal failure. As basic solution for infusion Reamberin was administered alone and in combination with ozonous 0.9% NaCl, laser low intensity irradiation of blood, and plasmapheresis. First attempts of Reamberin implementation in physiatrics practice have demonstrated that it is safe, highly effective and prospective for use as basic metabolic solution for infusion.

salons signs of telogenic alopecia were discovered in 108 (21,2%) respondents. Questionnaire survey of 108 patients made it possible to find out a few factors which influence on increased loss of hair: long-continued menses, age, occurrence of gastro-intestinal diseases and colouring of hair. Their combination must be admitted as unfavorable one in respect of progression of telogenic alopecia.

S u m m a r y : The efficiency of Berlition and Mylgama was compared in 40 patients with polyneuropathies and diabetes mellitus of I and II types. Neurological status, electoneuromyografia (ENMG), heartrythm variability were investigated before and after
treatment. In patients with minimal polyneuropatic disfunction and diabetes mellitus type I combined treatment with Berlition and Mylgama is effective. In patients with minimal polyneuropathic dysfunction and diabetes mellitus of type II isoleuted treatment with Mylgama is effective. In the cases of moderate or severer polyneuropathic dysfunctions and diabetes mellitus of type II the combined treatment with both drugs is effective.

S u m m a r y . We made a view of 2105 persons, who was performing spinal anesthesia in surgery of low extremities, urology, hynecology and abdominal surgery. The most often complication was arterial hypotension – 29,8 % of cases. Bradycardia meeting in 11% of cases. In 6,7% occurs headache postpunction dural. Paraesthesia occurs in 7% of patients.
Intraoperative nausea was in 19%, postoperative nausea in 16%, vomiting in 7%. In 2 cases (patients with IV rate ASA) during anesthesia occur acute cardiac failure with ventricular fibrillation and patients died.

S u m m a r y . The article reviews the studies on hepatoprotective metabolic correctors on the model of experimental virus- and toxic-induced lesions of the liver. On the basis of reamberin substrate compositions (Cytoflavin and Remaxol) were developed, which showed antihypotoxic effect, antioxidant activity was revealed and cytoprotective action on the background of metabolic effect was established. On the basis of the studied mechanism of action of medical compounds the preparations are recommended for clinical trials at chronic liver virus disorders.

S u m m a r y : Homocysteine levels and APC resistance were studied in 28 patients with premenstrual syndrome and 30 controls. Our data indicate that increased homocysteine levels are associated with reduced anticoagulant response to activated protein C, which may contribute to prothrombotic effect of hyperhomocysteinemia.

S u m m a r y : Antibodies to chondroitine sulfate (anti-CS) level was lower in the group with good results of «Alflutop» therapy than in group with poor results. The efficacy of «Alflutop» therapy was better in the group with anti-CS level lower 0,53. The efficiency of glucosamine sulfate did not depend on anti-CS level. Thus chondroprotectors efficiency in osteoarthritis depend on initial anti-CS level.

S u m m a r y . The effect of preparations with cerebral protective effect in complex intensive care of endointoxication was studied. Cytoflavin has marked lipid-regulating cerebral protective effect which is realized through the decreased intensity of lipid peroxide oxidation and depression of phospholipase activity of the cerebral tissue structures. Positive effect is manifested early and is one of the mechanisms of quick arrest of intoxication syndrome that also defines the necessity of including cerebral protective component in endointoxication therapy.

S u m m a r y : The evaluation of frequency and significance in the process of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms (CPM) isolation in intestinal disbacteriosis of children and adults is analyzed. Antibiotics resistance of CPM in intestinal disbacteriosis is estimated. S u m m a r y . The objective is to study the influence of the synbiotic bioplex Normoflorin D on the condition of the immunity within the duodenal ulcer patients during the eradication therapy. The immune state of the patients was investigated according to the indexes of the humoral and cell mediated immunity. The violations of the humoral and the cell mediated immunity were revealed withing the duodenal ulcer patients at the stage of intensifying. The therapy aggravated the violations.

S u m m a r y : Тhe purpose of a study was the determination the immunocorrecting effectiveness of the inductor of endogenous interferon - tsikloferon depending on the initial level of immunological disturbances with the sharp hepatitis C in patients, who use psycho-active substances. Shown that against the background therapy tsikloferon in drug-dependent patients is observed a reliable increase in the level СD4+, a decrease in the level СD3+, СD8+ (with the high correlation), is reduced the sojourn time of patients in the hospital. In the complex therapy of the virus hepatitis C (sharp phase) of tsikloferon renders the reliable immunocorrecting action: with [SIN] of the I - are restored the levels СD4+ and СD8+ to the standard; with [SIN] OF THE II - it increases the levels of T-cells to [SIN] of the I; with [SGIS] of the I are reduced the levels СD3+ and СD8+ to the normal indices; with [SGIS] OF THE III occurs a decrease in the levels of T-cells to [SGIS] OF THE II. To the initially normal indices СD3+, СD4+, СD8+ of tsikloferon does not render the influence.

S u m m a r y . The increase in the prevalence of hepatitis C in Chisinau in six years was 2,1 times and 2,6 times cirrhosis C. The pace of development of fibrotic changes in the liver when hepatitis C is directly dependent on the level of serum ALT. There were analyzed 1257 data of patients with chronic hepatitis C in Chisinau for the period of observation from 2 to 11 years. PNALT amounted to 64 (5,1%) patients, PEALT-877 (69,76%), FLUXALT-316 (25,14%). Low levels of ALT raising was detected in 890 (70,8%) patients, the average-305 (24,3%), high levels of-62 (4,9%). Accelerated development of fibrous changes in the liver may have 367 patients (29,2%), with average levels of ALT. Quick fibrous change is possible from 316 patients (25,14%) of average level of activity and PEALT. Maximum fibrous risk of rapid change is possible from 62 patients (4,9%) with high levels of ALT and PEALT.

S u m m u r y . Treatment of patients with acute viral hepatitis with ketotifen significantly decrease duration of main clinical symptoms in comparison with control group. Use of ketotifen in the complex therapy eliminates or decreases manifestations of clinical allergic symptoms. Therapy with ketotifen considerably decreases parameters of allergic reactions of various types according Gell and Coombs. Ketotifen also considerably decreases level of serum IgE in patients with acute viral hepatitis B, indicating to decrease of allergic reactions of immediate type.

S u m m a r y . The article presents the assessment of hepatoprotective activity of succinatecontaining solution –«remaxol»on tuberculosis infected respiratory organs in the case of concluded specific antibacterial polychemotherapy. The therapy effectiveness is assessed by clinical display of medicinal hepatotoxicity, the activity of cytolytic ferments and markers of cholestatic syndrome in regards to types of adaptation reactions. The positive influence of «remaxol» on display of medicinal hepatotoxicity and adaptation reactions of an organism is shown, which points on active use of plastic substrates, testifying the increase of reparative processes in hepatocytis, benefiting the restoration of liver tissue structure and decrease of pathological types of reactivity at patients with respiratory organs tuberculosis.

S u m m a r y . With the aim of improvement of the diagnostics and treatment of the diseases with hepatomegaly and jaundice 100 patients with different stages of Brucellosis were examined. Experiment on laboratory animals with the help of histological methods was performed to study the pathogenesis of the liver injury in the Brucellosis. It was estimated that liver is involved in the pathological process at all stages of Brucellosis (acute, subacute and
chronic). Mezenchymal inflamation occurs most often, but in 9% of cases parenchymal hepatitis with jaundice can be revealed too.

S u m m a r y . The clinic tick-born borrelliosis was investigated in children in Primorsky region and its comparison to genotypes Borrelia, allocated at patients from whey of blood was spent. The clinic borrelial infection it was characterized by occurrence rash, a fever, regional lymphnoditis, attributes of defeat of cardiovascular system, and also high frequency (up to 51,85 %) no rash forms of illness. The most frequently detected genospecies was B. garinii, but for clinic of this disease was not characteristic defeats central nervous system, as in other regions of Russia.

S u m m a r y : Psychological properties of the person (extraversion/introversion and emotional stability/lability) are determined at 132 healthy volunteers of 19-32 years on model of acute emotional stress (an examination situation).
During emotional stress changes of intervals of an electrocardiogram are analyzed in comparison with a condition of functional rest. It is revealed, that different combinations of psychological properties influence on change of conductivity in a myocardium, determine intensity of responses of heart.

S u m m a r y . This study compared the coping of 80 abused and 137 non-abused women who had been attending 24 random general practice clinics in St Petersburg. Abused patients had a higher level of task oriented and emotion oriented coping, while having avoided social support. These patients more frequently accepted responsibility and used the escape-avoidance strategy. Their high level of emotion oriented coping correlated with a high level of depression. The data suggests that abused patients have to be referred to psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers.

S u m m a r y . The article deals with literary data on undesirable reactions to medicinal therapy (antibiotics, protozoa preparations, antiviral agents). Drug-induced lever disorders (hepatotoxicity, cholestasis) are shown to be more frequent.
The most common hepatotoxicity occurring in case of antimicrobial polychemotherapy is described in patients with tuberculosis. The mechanism of hepatotoxicity development and pathogenesis of drug-induced liver lesions is presented and treatment principles are characterized. New classification of succinate-containing medical products and new original succinate-containing preparations is presented, the mechanism of their action is characterized, their indications are proved at drug-induced liver disorders.

S u m m a r y : The results of treatment with the method of selective laser destruction of vascular skin defects are presented. The treatment of vascular pathologies was made on yellow wave length 578 nm. In the range of 0,8-1,7 Vt. of average power and the time of exposition from 0,1 till 0,3 sec., which depended on the kind and localisation of the defect. The positive results of the treatment of vascular skin neoplasms, which were received, vividly show the advantages of laser apparatus on copper stefms “Yahroma-med” for treatment of such pathologies as telangiectasias, hemangioma, difficult studies of rosacea.

S u m m a r y : The problem of demographic crisis in Russia characterized by the low birth rate, high population death rate, depopulation, deformation of the demographic pyramid (the sharp increase of the elderly in the society) results in the growth of the coefficient of the demographic loading. The said makes actual the tasks of the mass population recovery and the intensive introduction of the technologies of a human valuable able-bodied life period increase as never before. The given tasks are accomplished in the network of programs on the hygienic educating of the population actively developed in the medical universities.
The modern computer technologies have the potential of the substantial rise of the efficiency of the public recovery arrangements that permits to use actively the latest achievements of the science and practice of the hygiene at the popular level (for home and family).
In the work involved the results of the authors in the sphere of the development of the computer systems for health and longevity of the popular level are presented. The aim of the work was to create the tools that could permit a man with no medical education to utilize the to-date professional knowledge and the achievements of the hygienic science in the field of the active forming of health for solving one’s private tasks for recovery.

S u m m a r y . Development of obligatory social insurance from accidents on manufacture and occupational diseases is closely associated with the development of the general system of social insurance in Russia.

Now in connection with introduction into practice of the Federal law № 125-FZ from July, 24th, 1998 on obligatory social insurance from accidents in industry and occupational diseases, single payments, monthly payments, temporary invalidity and rehabilitation, including medical aid in primary treatment of victims of serious accidents in industry are carried out.
But it is only the first, difficult and intense stage of realization of a new kind of social insurance. Further steps should be referred on its optimization. At the same time not only previous historical experience should be taken into consideration, but also the experience of realization of the Federal law № 125-FZ and regional aspects of realization of obligatory social insurance from accidents in industry and occupational diseases.

S u m m a r y : Malformation Kiary 1 is complicated problem. Patients could come not only to neurologist but to ENT-doctor to. We sound remember about this patients and otoneurological that they have. At traditional otorhinolaryngological examination using additional X-ray examination methods patients with АК showed: azygomorphous lesion of hearing function; vestibular dysfunction both peripheral, and, mainly, central level; irritation of trunk vestibular formations, including elements of mesencephalon lesion; slight cerebellar symptoms and quite often insignificant craniocerebral nerve function disorders at the level of posterior cranial fossa; disturbance of optokynetic horizontal and sometimes vertical nystagmus thus showing the involvement of the back longitudinal bundle of the brain stem into the process.
