PGCB Answer: We are not looking to purchase any equipment. We have already purchased the following below. *Can you advise if an IBM remarketer or incumbent vendor assisted the PGCB in preparing those specifications?
Indirectly. Electronic access was granted to Pierson Computing Connection Inc. for the purpose of using their internal tools to analyze our infrastructure. This analysis
was the basis for the PGCB to identify the hardware needed to be purchased from IBM to upgrade our compute and storage infrastructure.

Yes, to reduce operational impact certain functions should take place after normal M-F business hours.
The SOW does not reference applications only mentioning hardware migration and data migration. Please advise what applications are to be migrated?
The SOW does mention that PGCB currently operates 26 systems and the scope of the project is to migrate these systems to a virtualized environment.
Please advise any third party applications such as FileNet or other(s) that are resident and anticipated as part of the migration effort?
PGCB does utilize FileNet and it is anticipated to be migrated to a virtual environment within the scope of this project. All other systems are internally developed and maintained.

All third party contracts and warranties are current.
