6 th February 2018 Dear Parent/Carer Cornwall County Music Festival You may be aware that the College Senior Choir will be taking part in the Cornwall County Music Festival. Our class is taking place at the Truro Methodist Church on Wednesday 14 th March. The choir will be travelling by minibus to the Festival, departing the South Site College Car Park at 8.45am and returning at 1.30pm. The County Festival is a great opportunity to hear ensembles from other schools and colleges and to take part in a fantastic community event. We will be singing “Say Something” by A Great Big World (arranged by Pentatonix) and “O Radiant Dawn” by James MacMillan. Dress for the festival is uniform for Years 10 and 11 and smart for 6 th form students (smart trousers, shirt and tie for boys). We recommend that your child brings a packed lunch and a drink. In the event of an emergency we will be referring to the Parental Consent Form that you completed for use during this academic year, commencing September 2017. If there have been changes to any information you have submitted about your contact details or your child’s medical needs, then please request a replacement form from reception.
