Basic Training / Induction / What We Do...
Basic Training / F&B Service / Induction
Booking Shifts All shifts will be verbally confirmed face to face or over the phone. You will be told what you will be doing, where you will be working, who to report to and what to wear. No matter how far in advance this is confirmed we expect that you turn up, turn up on time and work hard. If for some reason you do not like the shift please finish the shift and report this to us. We will then make sure we do not send you again. Please do not walk off site before your shift is finished.
Cancellation Policy Once we have confirmed your shift you then fall into the cancellation policy. As a courtesy we ask that you give us 24hrs notice if you cannot attend a shift you have confirmed. In cases of emergency ONLY you must call 4 hrs prior to the start of your shift. Failure to do this is a disciplinary offence.
Basic Training / Induction / Arrival at work
Arrival at work Before going on an assignment you must ensure you have all the details you need. Where you are going, who you report to and what you will be doing. When you arrive on shift you must wherever possible use the staff entrance. If not please use the main entrance and ask reception for the manager that you need to report to. Please ensure you arrive to your shift on time.
The office can provide you with Post codes, Maps, Train & Bus Time Tables, Taxi Numbers etc.
