Site Survey (MCS)

The most fundamental condition for belt

conveyor establishment is geographicalcharacteristics. It is very important

to understand precisely the local

characteristics for right design suitable for

efficiency maximization and environment.Dong Yang P&F dispatches specialists to

the local area of establishment according

to the customer’s request and proceeds

more satisfactory designing. In case ofexpanding existing facilities or refurbishing

old facilities, site survey is compulsory

and cost can be saved by right decision

and suggestions. Thorough preliminary

inspection is the best way to minimize

time, expenses and efforts which can

occur during the project process.

Equipment Pre-Assembly

Rather than prov id ing the system

composed with plenty of appropriate price

parts, we can reduce more cost through

standardized module designing. This is the

reason that Dong Yang P&F recommends

the customers to purchase module

facilities. We have seasoned experience

of assembling bulk material handlingmodules. Particularly, we perform all the

necessary tests for wiring, piping, and

every electrical and mechanical aspect. In

addition, planned working schedule can be

well executed as designing, manufacturing

and operating is systematically managed. As a result, cost reduced facilities can be

delivered without difficulty.

Material Testing (PCS)

In case of establishing new system or

expanding existing system, it is required

to understand the characteristic of each

material clearly through preliminary

test. Dong Yang P&F measures more

precisely air consumption, material flow

characteristics, and product degradation

statistics applying the site condit ion

through materials testing facility. We designright system satisfying the customer’s need

with our engineer’s analysis of the data

obtained through each test. Additionally,customers can participate in the sample

test.

Commissioning –

Start Up – Training Service

Dong Yang P&F provides wide range of

services including facilities establishment,

trial operation, facility management andrepair. We provide right services with themethod fitting in with each stage from

telephone consulting to turn key base

establishment. After establishment, we

perform trial operation according to the

procedure. Experienced engineers are

dispatched to proceed for the optimization

until the customer is satisfied. If the

facilities should be established by the

customer, we supervise all the proceduresfor exact set up and resolve the potential

problems at the site. After establishment

and trial operation, our engineers provide

all the relevant drawings and documents

including “As-Built Drawing” of whole

system. These materials can be used for

later correction and remodeling as well as

for employees training.

3 Technical Support

Dong Yang P&F will satisfy the customer

provider of the system but as a genuine

All of the technical support begins with the

suggestion and is continuously provided. And, operating problems can be checked

and resolved immediately through remote

access equipment in the system controller.

Furthermore, we will provide precisemanuals for set up and operation together

with the system. Manuals and drawings

will be provided in the form of hardcopy

and softcopy, and modifiable PC programs

also will be supplied. Moreover, exclusive AS team will be organized with specialists

and it will resolve the problems occurring

Eco-Friendly Conveying System

using Air Energy

PCS is primarily used to convey petro chemical products and ceramic particulate

materials. Dong Yang P&F, the first runner of PCS, provides low speed, high density

conveying system on the basis of abundant experiences and know-how.

Low speed, high density conveying system is efficient to protect the raw materialdamage and to minimize the dust. Furthermore, we provide eco-friendly system using

de-dusting technology against unavoidable dust occurring.

Mode of Pneumatic ConveyingIn general, there are low pressure high speed dilute method and high pressure low speed

dense method in pneumatic conveying system. Dong Yang P&F changes the conveying

method considering material characteristics, and, especially in case of the materials with

dust explosion risk, we suppress the dust occurrence by adopting dense method conveying

system. For dense method, we fulfill the special technology required for calculating material

quantity causing pipe blockage and smooth material flow.

De-Dusting System

De-dusting is the next important technology to the conveying method in pneumatic conveyingsystem. With the technology of suppressing dust which occurs unavoidably, we reduce the

explosion risk and prevent the contamination of the industrial site. Dong Yang P&F has been

paying full attention to site environment and safety by providing complete de-dusting system.

Customized Integrated Total SolutionDong Yang P&F has done its best to fulfill the customer’s demand 100% through facility

design, manufacturing, establishment and trial operation considering characteristics of various

conveying materials. Particularly, in case of PCS, we apply the optimum method through

pilot test to fit in with the conveying material. Even for the difficult materials, we satisfy the

customers with our own special technology.

Pneumatic Conveying

System

Introduction of PCS There are a thousand of bulk materials being handled in the

world and they are applied in the industry by various forms.

For the bulk material to be applied in the industry, solid type

holds more proportion due to its safety than liquid type and

gas type. Dong Yang P&F provides PCS facilities conveying

solid type bulk materials by air energy.

Material HandlingDong Yang P&F is acknowledged one of the leading companieswith best technology in the field of conveying powder and

pellet type materials. Its professional specialty in establishing

petro chemical and plastic factories on the base of international

Bulk Material Conveying System

using Mechanical Conveying

This is favorable for bulk material conveying as a mechanical (belt) conveying

method of long history and is primarily used in power plant for coal conveying.

Recently as environmental regulations for the plant is strengthened,

technology capability of Dong Yang P&F that obtains dust free system has

caught eyes in the market. Dong Yang P&F fulfills the plant environment

standard with eco-friendly technology required for clean plant.

Introduction of MCSMechanical Conveying System has been developed by various technologies in a

long history. MCS in the 21st century should be fit in with the strict environmental

regulations, reduce energy consumption of the facilities and give first priority on

the worker’s safety at the site. Dong Yang P&F provides the facility following this

industrial trend. We particularly engage in dust control system applied to the eco-

friendly designing and lead the customers securing professional engineers with

plenty of experiences in plant field.

Material HandlingEstablishing coal conveying facilities is the core business of Dong Yang P&F

MCS. As the coals produced all over the world obtain different material

characteristics, it is necessary to set up right facilities at the right place

considering the characteristics.

The most difficult material to handle in mechanical conveying is the granular

particles. We delivered sulphur handling system of 4,000 ton/hr in UAE and our

technology of handing difficult materials was well acknowledged. Moreover, we

were able to execute disaster preventive design including fire through material

analysis.

Demand of biomass plant facilities is increasing due to the strengthened

environmental regulations globally. One of the characteristics of biomass is the

irregular material size, and it also requires plenty of experiences and know-how

of the processing facilities. Dong Yang P&F provides optimum facilities through

material analysis.

Mode of Mechanical Conveying The method of Mechanical Conveying uses motor rotation of which the principle is simple, but it requires plenty of experiences and know-

how. In case of MCS, the range of cost reduction can change depending on the core parts of the material conveying such as belt, motor

and idler and support design. Dong Yang P&F engineers perform optimum design through site survey and provide sandwich conveyor,

snake conveyor and screw conveyor for the maximum effect with minimum cost depending on the circumstances.

Air Pollution Control System (APC) Air pollution control system is the technology to remove the environment contaminating materials like SOx, NOx and dust included in the gas

emitted from thermal power station or other industrial facilities. Dong Yang P&F provides high efficiency low cost facilities with the cooperationof the original technology holding companies. Though we are newcomer in this field, we promise we shall supply the best facilities to meet

the customer demand on the base of our original technologies in MCS, PCS and with plentiful experiences of handling industrial facilities.

Business Territory

Flue Gas Desulfurization System

Flue gas desulfurization is the facility to remove SOx included in the boiler emission gas by using the principles of absorption reaction,

absorption reaction and oxidation action, and it is divided into dry process and wet process depending on the sorbent quantity.

Electrostatic Precipitator

This is the facility to collect electrically the particles of fly ash included in the emission gas which passes through the electric layer

formed between collecting plate and discharge current in the electrostatic precipitator. It is divided into dry and wet process

depending on the collecting method and flat and perpendicular type depending on the installation method.

Flue Gas Denitrification System

This is the facility to reduce NOx included in boiler emission gas by using NH3 as reducing agent, and it is divided into SCR( Selective

Catalyst Reduction) and SNCR(Selective Non Catalyst Reduction). Major components are catalyst, reaction tower, ammonia injection

facility, ammonia storage and steel structure.

Ash Handling System

1. Ash slag handling facility : This is the facility to convey the ash slag occurring inside of the boiler and reuse it or convey to the ash

pond after moving it to the ash silo. It is divided into dry process and wet process.

2. Fly ash handling facility : This is the facility to convey the fly ash emitted underneath the electrostatic precipitator to the fly ash silo

by using blower or air compressor.
