c i rc u l at i o n m a pjourney to IMCAS Alert sessions for tips &

tricks to manage complications. The experts presenting at these sessions introduce cases of

complication with injectables, lasers & EBD, threads or surgery that were posted on the

Alert section of IMCAS Academy, give their approaches on how to manage

the complications. For those seeking more action, the exhibiting companies and their proposed activities such

as live demonstrations and symposia give delegates the chance to explore the latest

innovations and products, and gauge their effectiveness.

IMCAS Asia 2020 is a celebration of great minds gathering to share their passion in

aesthetic science and medicine. Two social events taking place during the congress

allow further interaction between attendees so they may connect or reconnect with

their international colleagues. Engage in stimulating exchange during the Networking

cocktail or indulge in fine dining that keeps the conversation flowing with the Gala dinner.

Bangkok promises a new and exciting educational adventure, and the entire IMCAS

team is eager to welcome you.

IMCAS Asia 2020 Course DirectorBenjamin ASCHER

IMCAS is honored to host another new and exciting edition of IMCAS Asia in collaboration with ITCAM of THAICOSDERM in Bangkok,

Thailand.

IMCAS Asia was conceived to create a meeting ground for medical professionals in dermatology,

plastic surgery and related fields - a place of exchange where international experts can share

the recent advancements made in their home countries, and the Asian specialists give their

regional insights in return, for learning knows no boundaries.

The scientific program embodies this notion of exchange, offering over 168 sessions featuring the

latest research and techniques with a systematic look at specificities of Asian morphologies, so

that attendees may provide the best care to all patients of all ethnicities. 14 key themes, including injectables, lasers & EBD, clinical

dermatology, genital treatments, regenerative medicine, face & body surgery, form the

foundation to underpin your progress while the diverse stimulating session formats stimulate

learning and maximum retention of information.

Leading the list of dynamic courses is the Anatomy on Cadaver Workshop, a unique

series of sessions that combine live broadcasts of cadaver dissections and live patient

demonstrations of non-surgical procedures to help attendees avoid danger zones.

Once equipped with the knowledge of the zones to avoid, attendees can continue the learning

WHAT TO EXPECT

“This special collaboration between IMCAS Asia and ITCAM of THAICOSDERM aims to bring the top of the notch, most updated

information and knowledge to the attendees. The congress gathers experts on a wide range of subjects in aesthetic medicine to share their techniques,

experiences, difficult cases and approaches to caring for complications.

On a larger scope, the congress provides a platform of exchange and mutual growth. By attending, practitioners in Asia will be able to get a glimpse of

trends in procedures across Europe and America, and ascertain similarities and differences in practice methods between the foreign cultures. The Asian

experts complement this exchange with our expertise on Asian morphologies, perspectives and methodologies. The combination amounts to learning

materials that will give depth to the practitioner.”

NEW IN 2020To accommodate the 1,800 international attendees, IMCAS Asia 2020 holds sessions spread out between 6 ROOMS. This year also launches two new learning formats: follow along the dichotomy of a procedure by esteemed physicians during the DEBATES, or gather concrete examples during presentations of CLINICAL CASES.

SCIENTIFIC HIGHLIGHTSAUGMENTED ANATOMY ON CADAVER:

The one-of-a-kind course presents live treatments of minimally invasive procedures on a patient, simultaneously with live cadaver dissections of the relevant areas to access the anatomy and avoid

the danger zones.

IMCAS VIDEO LIVE SURGERY: : Following a format similar to that of the Cadaver Workshop, this module offers surgical trainings through live cadaver dissections alongside real-time surgery

performances for in-depth look at the anatomy and to sharpen your surgical skills.

FRANCE-ASIA SURGERY COURSE: For the first time ever, IMCAS Asia gathers renowned specialists from France and Asia for a step-by-step comparison of surgical techniques between the

surgeons of the two regions, as well as a discussion on the morphological differences in patients.

LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS: These sponsored activities allow companies to showcase their latest innovations for injectables, threads, lasers and EBD on stage. Broadcasted from specialized

medical treatment rooms, these sessions allow you to see the devices and products in action.

VIDEO COURSES: The one-of-a-kind course presents live treatments of minimally invasive procedures on a patient, simultaneously with live cadaver dissections of the relevant areas (to

change)

IMCAS ALERT: Complications and difficult cases may still manifest despite your best efforts. IMCAS Alert sessions present a selection of real-life complication examples and provides you the

knowledge and techniques to manage such cases.

PAPER POSTERS: International experts bring their clinical cases and research findings during the poster presentations. The posters are on display all three days of the congress, with specified times

that allow you to ask your questions directly to the authors.
