OUR FOUNDER - MASON TAYLOR

Mason Taylor is a health educator, speaker, and podcast host with a special interest in sharing how to navigate this evolving world and its many health paradigms to create a unique and potent health philosophy and approach that helps people to feel safe, balanced and vital in their body. Mason was driven to create SuperFeast out of a need for his own family to access the best health products and herbal medicine available. SuperFeast has grown into a leading supplier of tonic herbs, medicinal mushrooms and high-quality supplements which aims to assist its tribe in experiencing the best health possible.

Trust: Next time you grab your favourite health supplement, take a look at the container. Look past the flashy label to the list of ingredients. Do you know what all of them are and what they do? We don’t play that confusing game. You can trust our products. Our products are always comprised of the purest, highest quality, all-natural ingredients. All SuperFeast products are tested for quality, and are free of all yeasts, moulds, heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides, fillers, artificial ingredients, colourings and flavours. We don’t sell ANYTHING we don’t personally take ourselves or give to our families. We use spring water and organic rice alcohol to extract our herbs and have a Certificate of Analysis for every single batch of our medicinal mushrooms and tonic herbs that we can provide upon request.

Kindness: We keep it ethical. All our medicinal mushrooms and plant-based herbs are vegan, and, where possible, carefully sourced from wild regions of China or Inner Mongolia (see each product page for specific origins). If they’re not fully wild, they’re semi-wild cultivated (wild-crafted), to ensure they are not raised in a monoculture on an artificial mushroom ‘food,’ and to keep them as close to their ancestral roots as possible (see Di Tao). At SuperFeast we take our responsibility to the planet very seriously, by ensuring our semi-wild cultivated herbs are grown without the use of harmful pesticides or herbicides and that herbs are left to reseed to ensure sustainability for the next season and future generations. Our tonic herbs from animal sources are humanely treated and humanely harvested, to ensure our animal friends are not harmed in our quest for next-level health.

Generosity: We love our customers and try to keep our prices low, and we make our herbs available to as many people as possible by offering free shipping on all orders in Australia and reasonable shipping rates for our international customers. We support our growers by paying fair prices for our herbs.

WHAT ARE TONIC HERBS?

In each herbal system around the world, no herbs are more prized than the tonic herbs. All the tonic herbs fall into a category of foods called the adaptogens. WHAT ARE MEDICINAL MUSHROOMS?

Medicinal Mushrooms are some of the most prized tonic herbs in the world, and are unmatched in their ability to build immunity and adaptability. In the wild, medicinal mushrooms favour particular trees to grow on. Unlike nearly all other companies (who grow their mushrooms on rice or wood chips), we ensure that our mushrooms are grown wild on their favourite trees so you receive the maximum medicinal benefits.


DI TAO PHILOSOPHY + WILD-CRAFTED HERBS

Di Tao is the ancient Daoist practice of only sourcing herbs from within their spiritual homeland to ensure they are of the absolute greatest quality possible. Our tonic herbs are wild-crafted*, which means they are grown and harvested in their natural environment and then taken to a separate facility for extraction and processing.

DUAL-EXTRACTED

In order for the medicinal benefits of many of the tonic herbs to become available to us, they must be extracted. SuperFeast goes above and beyond by offering a dual-extract to ensure all water- and fat-soluble components are extracted and bio-available. And yes, we only extract in spring water and organic standard non-GMO rice alcohol. Some of our herbs, including he shou wu, are extracted by different methods in accordance with the traditional methods use by the ancients, as these preparations are more potent than other extraction methods.

NON-IRADIATED, NO FILLERS

Our products contain only 100% pure and natural tonic herb extracts. We use no fillers, no emulsifiers and no additives. We ensure none of our products have been irradiated.

PACKED WITH LOVE

All of our products have been packed in an environment full of love, laughter and friendship. We pack our range in MIRON glass for its superior protective qualities and its sexy aesthetic. Larger volumes of herbs are packed in resealable Kraft bags for their convenience.

* Please note our Cordyceps sinesis is a vegan, cultivated product. Wild cordyceps grows out of the head of an insect, and is prohibitively expensive. Cordyceps is one of the most researched tonic herbs on the planet and has been successfully cultivated for decades on a growing medium. We choose to use cultivated cordyceps as opposed to wild cordyceps to save those poor little caterpillars their heads!

Mason’s Mushrooms

Classification: Medicinal Mushroom Blend
