DETAILS DECISIVE FOR THE RELIABILITYAND PERFORMANCE OF YOURCOMPRESSED AIR SYSTEMDue to the variable modular, ALUP COMPRESSORS can be reliably adopted to all operating conditions, in addition to other convincing advantages incorporatedin the detail.

ALUP HEAVYDUTY COMPRESSORS are famous for economic gen-eration of compressed air and long service life. Evenat continuos operation in three shifts! These low-speed air-cooled compressors are designed according to the latest state of art. The cast iron cylinders, which are provided with large cooling ribs in connection with a large efficient fan V-belt pulley and a cooler of large dimensions, result in a highly effective cooling system.

TECHNICALLY PERFECTED CONCEPTDesigned in accordance with latest experiences in compressor construction and manufactured with the most precise production facilities, the process tolerances correspond to those being standard in the automotive industry.

EXCELLENT COOLINGHigh compression temperatures considerably in-fluence the efficiency of a compressor. Therefore the ALUP COMPRESSORS are equipped with ideal cooling cylinders with deep cooling ribs which are arrangeddirectly in the intensive air flow of a large fan fly-wheel. The low temperatures achieved provide forhigh efficiency and long service life.

LOW COMPRESSED AIR OUTLET TEMPERATURESby large dimensioned coolers.

VALVE SERVICE LIFE: UP TO 5000 OPERATING HOURSDue to large cross sections of the milled and valuablefinished suction and discharge valves and the verylow flow resistance, they are subject to extreme lowwear and tear. Low rotation speed and piston speedare considerably advantageous. Normally the speedsof our compressors are below 1000 r.p.m. The crosssection of the concentric suction and discharge pipesare large and are an important main condition for thehigh efficiency and the low power required for heavyduty compressors.

CONCENTRIC VALVE DISKSThe total space between cylinder and valve head isused as valve: Ideal flow, large gap cross section, min-imum clearance volume.

PURIFIED INTAKE AIRThe super-fine filters provide for troublefree operationeven in rooms which are not dustproof.

DRY SUCTION FILTERAS FROM 15 KW STANDARD EQUIPMENTDust filtration up to 1 micron, maintenance free,reliably reduced wear and tear.

OPTIONAL:OIL LEVEL CONTROL

Regular checks of oil filling and oil change in timeare still the best guarantee for an undisturbed anduninterrupted compressed - air supply.

The OIL LEVELCONTROL is a fully automatic control sys-tem for emergency cases. The PTC sensor and theelectronic control unit monitor the oil level in thecrankcase of the compressor and protect your

ALUP COMPRESSORSYSTEM against unexpected failurescaused by a too low oil level or exceeding of temperature limit. Special pilot lamps indicate thecause of shutdown.

OIL LEVELCONTROL is available● for all ALUP HLCOMPRESSORS● even for subsequent installation.

DRIVING MOTORS OF QUALITY MANUFACTURERSWITH ADVANTAGEOUS V-BELT DRIVEA precise safety tensioning device with parallel guided rails makes the correct retensioning of the V-belts very easy and is a protection against overtensioning of the belts.

LOW OIL CONSUMPTIONA lubrication ring system which has proven successfulfor more than 100 000 times, provides for a safe oilsupply. Owing to the lowest process tolerances, theaverage oil consumption is only 0,13 g/kWh.

FREE FROM VIBRATIONSALUP COMPRESSORS are precisely balanced out and areoperating with low noise. Even slight vibrations whichhave been transmitted can easily be prevented byrubber bumpers.

FOUNDATION NOT NECESSARYStationary ALUP COMPRESSORS rest on rubber-metal bases for flexible support. A special fastening is not necessary.

ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONSALUP COMPRESSORS are equipped with control units of well known quality manufacturers. The electricinstallations correspond to the CE regulations.

Due to the forced cooling air flow the outlet temperatureof the compressed air is only 10 °C higher then the suction temperature.

This means, they are completely equipped for the meanoutput range in handycraft and industry.
