Replacement ends are constructed with an impact and chemicalresistant nylon. The male connector is a stainless steel plug shroudwith a rigid vinyl protective shell; a neoprene cord gasket on plugand connectors seals out moisture and dust. The female receptaclecontains a heavy-duty brass grounding strap to provide a lowresistance ground path and resistance to corrosion.
