Freescale IMX535 industry-grade high-speed processor is

incorporated in core control module of the system and

ALTERA FPGA high-speed integrated in I/O part for realizing

maximal computing capacity.

Our control system is featured by steady acceleration/

deceleration, small bottle clearance and optimized speed of

conveyer belt in favor of steady operation, durability and low

noise level.

Running of conveyer belt with rotating speed of

the engine; synchronous operation of inspection

machine of empty bottle and filler; automatic

offset of rejected number of bottles.

Testing of bottle flow; calculation of run-out of

bottle to conveyer belt; automatic compensation

of speed at multiple outlets.

Closed loop control in terms of bottle capacity for

faster response.

Testing of detention, overturn and/or missing of

bottle effectively ensures equipment safety.
