Because of the great concrete pies so the glass roofs do not carry loads and the triangular structure apply more support for the roof

The building was built based on the concept of stake bond structure so that the opening between two building. The link building permeable, transparent, effectively used in space.

It owns cylinder attic is the difference from others. What should be noticed is that the The corridor with a roof could block the sunlight. And timer was used to support the eave.

Steel was used to build the frame and joint with each other. Surface was coved by timer material so that the structure could not be disclosed. The ‘I’ beam apply more support.

Activity 2: ‘On Site’ *Oval Pavilion Site Visit

Site A: It is the framing building and the left cylinder shape which was made of steel shares loads also. Concrete was used to build the base.

Site B: It is obvious to seen that truss was designed as the triangle so that the loads from roof could be well supported.

Site C: It installed the drain- pipe so that rain water could be easily drained off. In addition, it is the efficient application to prevent the water corrosion. The object on the wall is made of steel which aim for ventilating.

Site D: Here the metal panel is for gas supply. However, the timber decking was broken because may be too old and animals such as mice bite. The empty area should be repaired so that it could share the whole building’s loads.
