Since 1973, Bil=nger Maschinenbau in Linz / Austria has extensive experience in manufacturing of components under
the cleanest conditions. Bil=nger Maschinenbau has a certi=ed clean room of 1000 m2 used for manufacturing and
additional 200 m2 for assembly. The characteristics of the plant enable to manufacture precise components for nuclear
technology under the cleanest conditions. A special trained personnel and a high quali=cation standard are the guar-
antee for a high level manufacturing.

Double air lock system for all doors
Air pressure in the clean room: + 10 Pa
Air pressure in all locks: + 5 Pa
Temperature: all rooms air conditioned between 15° - 28° C
Humidity: max. 70 %
max. 60 % in the welding material storage room
Air exchange: 15 times per hour
Air condition: 100 % fresh air
Lighting: 600 Lux at 80 cm above `oor level
Electric power: 230V, 380V and 500V
Gas supply: all relevant gases are installed directly at
the workstations
Material lock: Washing of the parts with demineral-
ized water, Surface crack examination, Spray pick-
ling of =nished components, Passivating and rinsing
after pickling
