VIRTUE ONE is a marriage between California's beach cruiser and fixed gear bike. A lot of people like the clean lines of fixed gear bicycles without any cables (usually brakes and shifters), but don't want to have to keep pedaling or get stuck to the wheel movements. Virtue One allows a rider to go cable-less and still able to coast (move forward without having to keep pedaling). It does have a track drop-out now if you'd like to convert it to a fixie :) A lot of cruiser riders complained on how heavy their bikes are and they don't really take them anywhere. Virtue One is a "Cruiser without the weight"; it does have the wide handlebar and coaster brake wheels, yet it runs on townie 700c tires that saves them quite a lot of energy.
