3 Components• Exhibition• Conference• Networking
3 Tracks• Commercial• Residential
Now in its 8th edition, the Smart Building Conference is the one chance each year to follow the important trends in the building industry that affect the technology in the building. From conference rooms to smart homes to smart office buildings to multi-dwelling units, the conference covers the range of building environments and the install environ-ments.
Each year with a different theme, Smart Building Conference will provide attendees with a unique business and tech-nological insight on the future of smart buildings and smart homes.
This year‘s one-day conference will show how smart buildings can lead to smart cities. Smart buildings and smart cities are two different things– yet they share many of the same interests (smart energy, smart signage, smart data, smart infrastructure, smart mobility). Our theme, From Smart Building to Smart Cities Even Smarter, examines this overlap and explores the way each might rub off on the other. One day the borderlines may even become invisible…
The Smart Building Conference will provide sponsors with exclusive access to over 450 “gold card” delegates. But the powerful on-site branding isn’t the only benefit: sponsor branding will also reach the entire 80,000+ ISE database mul-tiple times, in a consistent campaign to raise awareness and sell products and services. And be displayed prominently on a web site that gets a million hits a year.
As usual, the Smart Building Conference will offer content in two tracks (Commercial and Residential) as well as a number of presentations dedicated to the overlap of both.
FROM SMART BUILDINGS TO SMART CITIES
Each year we focus on different topics at SBC…
• Dynamics of Digital Transformation of Cities• Future of Smart Cities Depends on Wi-Fi• “Mediatecture,” Interface between Virtual and Physical Space• Graduating to Smarter University Spaces• How Smart Buildings Drive People, Productivity and Well-being• Shining a Light on Wireless: Li-Fi for Home & Business• EU's Smart Readiness Indicator• Fairhair Alliance: IoT in Commercial Buildings• Will the New Digital Kitchen the New Home Hub?• Key Technologies that Make Smart Cities Work• Making the Home More Intelligent• Deep Learning Analytics & Video Security• The Roadmap to Smarter Buildings• Smart Working Visions• The Internet of Vulnerable Things
2018 HOT TOPICS
Please note: while these are topics we are working on, it may be for one reason or another it doesn’t end up in the final content mix. Some topics are very dependent upon a particular speaker whose plans may change.
