Multifunction Display

The Multifunction Display offers useful information foroperations, including speedometer, trip meter,torque-converter oil temperature indicator and variouswarnings. It also has the over speed alarm setting and thescheduled-maintenance hour setting functions. And thereare also password-protected functions for use bysupervisors or managers.

Necessary instrumentation, such as thefuel meter, water temperature indicator andhour meter are shown in aneasy-to-monitor digital format.

Engine

Powerful and reliable 14Z-II engine is mounted on diesel models.This 5.2 liter engine provides high torque in the low rpm range.

The gasoline models use 1FZ-E engine that features an electroniccontrol system. This system regulates the fuel injection andignition systems to achieve the optimal fuel-air ratio and provideshigh power, low fuel consumption and clean exhaust emissionsall at the same time.

Powershift Transmission

The advanced powershift trans-mission provides smooth yetpowerful acceleration response.It features a single speed in bothforward and reverse, and thenger-tip control shift leverboosts handling efciency whilereducing operator fatigue.

Steering

The small-diameter steeringwheel and hydrostatic steeringsystem provide excellentmaneuverability. The steeringcolumn can also be tiltedsteplessly along a 68 mm rangefor optimum comfort.

Engine Hood

The engine hood is completely sealed for maximum comfort,and opens fully to a wide 85. A hood damper reduces the effortneeded to open the hood.

Seat

This side-wing and seat-beltequipped Operator Restraint System(ORS) seat wraps the operator inboth safety and comfort. It offers150mm adjustment longitudinally.The Suspension Seat with Damper isoptionally available.

Operator Presence SensingSystem

The Operator Presence Sensingsystem (OPS) is standard equip-ment. This system uses a switchsensor built into the operators seatto detect the presence of theoperator. If the operator is not inthe normal operating position, travelpower is interrupted and load

handling operations are stopped.
