Shelter is now scheduling appointments for low cost spay and neuter of cats and dogs on a first come first serve basis. The number of appointments is limited to signing up early is essential. Come in person to the Animal Shelter, 411 San Bernardino Blvd., to fill out the paperwork and pay the required co pay of $30. per cat and $40. per dog CASH ONLY, in order to secure an appointment. You do not need to call first. Once you have an appointment, you will be contacted by Angel Dogs with instructions and reminders before you bring in your pet. Low cost vaccines and microchips will also be available at $10 each from 9am to noon on May 5 and 19. No appointment necessary for these services. loved ones stil l with us. The event will include the recitation of names, an inspirational poem and stories,and the release of butterflies with a reception to follow.

A donation of $20 will be accepted for each butterfly; otherwise, attendance is free. All donations will benefit the Ridgecrest Regional Hospice patients.
