right to; cancel the tour if it does not meet minimum participation requirements; cancel a participant registration if the tour

Addressing Cancellations by the Seller of Travel (Keiro Northwest Nikkei Horizons)
The tour is especially arranged by JTB USA, Inc. for Keiro Northwest Nikkei Horizons Continuing Education Program. If transportation or other services are cancelled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of
travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were
arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to
apply the money to another travel product and/or date. Registration Number: 600-211-935

agencies. Should a tour plan, itinerary item or other tour-associated activity be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason beyond the control of Keiro Northwest Nikkei Horizons, the seller of travel does not assume
responsibility, nor any guarantee of a refund, for the associated costs for the cancelled/rescheduled activity. Nikkei Horizons will work with the contracted travel agency to pursue reimbursement, but this will be
solely dependent on the travel agency vendor’s policy regarding refunds/exchanges for activity cancellations or changes to tour planning or itinerary deemed necessary by the contracted travel agency.
