TONIGHT’S TILT…the Mariners continue a 3-team, 8-day, 7-game road trip with the rst of four games against Tampa Bay (4 G)...began the trip with one game (1-0) in New York and taking both games from Atlanta (2-0)…recently concluded a season-high 11-game homestand going 6-5 against the Astros (2-2) Angels (2-2) and Tigers (2-1)…tonight’s game will be televised on ROOT SPORTS in high denition & broadcast live on 710 ESPN Seattle & Mariners Radio Network. ODDS AND ENDS…have won a season-high tying ve straight (took 2 of 3 from Detroit, 1 from New York & 2 from Atlanta)…have won 7 of last 12 games after winning 4 of previous 5…are 11-6 over last 17 games…on Wednesday nished stretch of 16 game in 16 days (10-6)…season-high 5-game winning streak May 3-7 (G#1)…24-15 following a season-high 8-game losing streak (April 15-22)… are 22-17 vs. teams currently with a .500 or better record (9-11 vs. non-.500).
