The world is watching us if we really believe that the Bible is true, and our best evidence is the difference we produce in our attitude. Our relatives and friends maybe are in search for truth, and our actions and our words are the only “Bible” they will read. Let us learn more about God, and love Him more. Welcoming the new School Year 2013-2014 and anticipating this day’s Promotion Sunday, our Chil-dren’s Sunday School Department held a Recognition Program last June 2 to award exemplary and outstanding students for the past Sunday school season.
Anchored on the theme of Following Jesus from the Scriptural context of 1 Corinthians 11:1, “Be ye followers of me, even as also am of Christ,” the event exhorted students, parents, and guardians alike to be motivated always to grow and abide in biblical principles through this blessed Church.
This Sunday, about 70 Sixth Graders are to be promoted to High School Sunday School class, and will consequently join the Adult and Young people in the Main Worship service. The rest of the 800 pupils will likewise be promoted to their next grade level.
We praise God for His programs and precepts for this precious generation. It is hoped that we continue on for His honor and glory to be perpetually manifested through our zeal for the younger generation.
