Literature (Start of the art): Theory, Methodologies, Techniques and Tools.
For each: What sort of characteristics make them interesting for participation:
which pillar of the QL they contribute to. How to use them in order to foster participation: according to
objectives and means. Potencialities -> Performance. What kind of uses are not coherent with the idea of participation or can
make participation more difficult: what to avoid?

WP5 Participants are asked to send to the UHU (with copy to UNISA, ULG and UFC) their comments on these documents in writing before 15th November.
UHU and Spanish actors (ACCEM and VALDOCCO) in coordination with UNISA and UFC will make the two final versions that will be sent to all the participants 1st December.
Reactions until to 8th December. Final documents 20th December.
