AXA Seguros Mexico Product Summary This product is intended for the use of Tourist Visitors to the Republic of Mexico, driving their owned automobiles into Mexico. Vehicles registered, licensed and plated in Mexico and Mexican Nationals residing in Mexico do not qualify for this coverage. However Mexican Nationals are afforded coverage under this policy provided they are residents in the USA or Canada with a current “Green Card” and a valid drivers license. Vehicles towing trailers or boats must list the towed units in order for coverage to be in effect. Customers can purchase Annual or Daily coverage, depending upon their needs. Annual policies have two Territory selections, Full or Limited. Plan A is our Annual Limited Territory. Plan B is our Annual Full Territory. Plan C is our Daily Full Territory. Please review the Territory Map on the next page for Territory details. Rates are based upon the Drivers Age, Vehicle Value (including towed units), Use (Business or Pleasure) and term selected. You will need to gather accurate information to obtain the correct premium. Coverage:

• Liability: $40,000 CSL or $100,000 CSL • Medical Payments: $4,000 per person / $20,000 per accident • Collision, Upset and Glass Breakage Deductible: $500 • Fire & Total Theft Deductible: $500 for Fire, $1,000 for Total Theft. Note: Partial Theft, malicious mischief, and

vandalism are not covered. • Tour Aid: Legal Service, Judicial Costs and Expenses, and Bond are INCLUDED in every policy we sell.

Trailer, Boat, Jetski coverage is applicable only while they are attached to the towing vehicle listed on the Certificate. Consult the policy wording for exact coverage details. Quoting / Purchasing Coverage: We have two ways to purchase an AXA Seguros Mexico policy:

1. Quote/Bind/Print Certificates from our Mexico WebRater at: www.SunCoastInsurance.com. 2. Quote on FSC and bridge to our Sun Coast eApp Bridge.

Completing The Transaction: If you are an FSC user, you can bridge out of FSC using our Sun Coast eApp bridge. See our FSC Users Guide for details. If you used our Mexico WebRater or our eApp Bridge, the AXA Seguros Certificate, SafeMex Tour Aid Certificate and SafeMex Tour Aid Certificate Wording will print after completion of the upload. You and the Customer must sign the Certificate. Give the customer a copy of the AXA Seguros Certificate, SafeMex Tour Aid Certificate, SafeMex Tour Aid Certificate Wording, and the AXA Seguros Policy Wording (download AXA Seguros Policy Wording from our website Download Materials page). Three days from the upload we will sweep your authorized EFT account. Do not mail us the Certificate; this is a producer paperless process. You will retain all original signed documents in your file. No further documentation will be mailed to the customer. All policies will be available on our website for your review. If your company is not setup for EFT with us, please download the EFT Agreement from the “Get Appointed” link on our Homepage at www.SunCoastInsurance.com. This will prevent you from having to mail us a copy of the Certificate with your check for the gross premium. You have 72 hours to postmark the premium payment if you are not setup on EFT.
