Happy New Year!! What an amazing Year we have had!

As I look back I am filled with pride to have produced our FIRST offspring Unit…

The Mustang Winning Barbara Spencer Unit & to have finished the year with

another unit already in the works…The team of DIQ, Melinda Osburn!! WOW!!

These 2 ladies remind us of what it means to step out of the norm and do the “and then

some.” Way to go, Ladies!!

So…What do you DREAM of Accomplishing this year? Well, If you want to GET

something different…You must DO something different. If you want to Walk on Water…

You have to step out of the BOAT…Right?!!

This Year we are Building Our Area Together!! Our unit goal is to have 5 Directors

or DIQ’s by November 1st!! I TOTALLY believe we can do this!!

Who will be our next 3 DIQ’s???

As we all step out of our “BOAT”…our comfort zone…I am reminded of this song that

brings me such Hope every time I hear it. It is about EXACTLY that. Stepping out of the

BOAT…and Trusting the one who calls you out and is fully capable of taking care of you.
