Purpose: To provide a common 1-800 phone number to the Areas in Ontario that could be used for PSA’s, Meeting List’s and Public Inquiries.

The number does not need to replace the Area’s current Helpline numbers but will connect to the Areas through PBX internet software

System has been programmed to have top level menu that is Area Code driven

Entering Area Code will take you to a multiple Area Menu within that Area code listing towns/cities within the Area with this Area Code

Caller will select appropriate Area for location and be transferred to that Area’s Helpline number

Caller will be given the option to leave a message for the Ontario Region PI sub-committee and this will initiate an email to [email protected] notifying that a message has been left

System provides detailed reports and analysis of all calls into and out of the system

Company has been very easy to deal with and very responsive to technical or administrative inquiries

Future Usage System provides voicemail box for each Area if they

choose to use it for their helpline instead of incurring the cost at the Area level, Area rep. can be granted access to their extension to maintain message

Additional extensions can be added (5 for $10/mo.) for routing Area Helpline options (ie. instead of listening to meeting message caller can go to new extension and leave message right away or multiple extensions can be used for meetings per days of the week etc…..), Area can be notified by email or cell phone of incoming message

Areas with live Phoneline can have caller directed to their phone

Various plans are available and can be negotiated with the VoicemailTel company

Recommended starting plan could be:System access (1-800) – 16.99/moToll Free Incoming 500 mins. – 27.50/moOutgoing 500 long distance mins. - 17.50/mo Total = 61.99 + tax = 70.05/mo Cost per year is $840.60 Plan can be adjusted at any time online through

the system setup, company has offered to negotiate once we can estimate our call volume

Unlimited plan is $144.00/mo plus tax5
