• Historical resource transfer policy• ‘Historical’ resources (pre-RIR) can be transferred to

APNIC members easily

• Private customer assignment records• Customer assignment records no longer publicly

accessible in the APNIC database.

• Recovery of “unused” address space• Lowering IPv4 minimum allocation size
