Relations with TL’s are sound and positive, they are - included in Stakeholders Forums invited to Imbizo’s give access to DHA to render services utilized i.e. Regional Authority (a committee made up of all

Amakhozi’s in the Region) for communication purposes appointed to sign 1680’s (in respect of deaths that occurred

in their area) confirm some documents as they fall under the definition of a

person of good standing
