Front cover (front insert)

The top right-hand corner of the white space fea-

tures the relevant product name or topic. The content

descriptor (headline) appears on the right-hand edge

above the picture.

White space

The white space above and below the picture ensures

a tidy and stylish appearance.

CD-ROMs are an increasingly important way of

presenting a company’s individual product, ser-

vices or sections. Employees often send them to

customers. It is therefore essential that discs and

packaging keep strictly to our corporate design

guidelines.

The layout is based on that of front and back bro-

chure covers. CD-ROM packaging is available as a

plastic jewel case or paper sleeve. Dimensions of

the two variants are provided on the subsequent

pages.

Logo

Every CD-ROM cover must include a clearly visible

KSB logo on the front and back. The logo appears in

two colours.

Text

The back and, where appropriate, the inside text

include a title (e.g. “System Requirements“, “Service

Hotlines“, “Contents“, or “Installation Instructions“).

This appears at the left-hand edge, directly above the

grey shaded text sections. These can contain further

information, for example on details of the CD’s con-

tents.
