Step by Step Instruction to Tracking Metrics in the Interim Process

1. Before the agent meetings, the FSC/FSEC will show you how you can use the Weekly EFS Report to track and measure introductions with your agent partners

2. At the end of each day record how many Transfer of Influence introductions you received, the method in which they were given to you, how many kept appointments you had, what the result of those appointments were, whether you had any cancellations or no shows, how many applications you wrote, the total application amount and the production credit.

3. If desired, you can send your weekly report to the FSC/FSEC/MDL so that they can consult with you and offer their support to the partnership.

During the development of this material, feedback was solicited from EAs, EFSs, and field sales leaders for successful partnerships. The concepts they shared are contained in this job aid.

Use of these materials and processes described is strictly voluntary. The manner, method and means by which an EA and an EFS operates his/her agency is at his/her discretion. In addition, the development, structure, and elements of an EA/EFS partnership is at the discretion of the EA and the EFS. This presentation contains proprietary & confidential information which may not be reproduced or redistributed without first having obtained written permission from Allstate.
