Non sono state fatte richieste di materiale inventariabile nel 2002Nei primi mesi di quest’anno sono in arrivo 2 probe-station Kark Suss Pa200 modificate per tests sui ladder e 1 probe-station Kark Suss Pa200 per i test sui waferPer attrezzarle completamente mancano ad oggi 2 source meters e un LCR meter

Per I test dinamici di accettazione workmanship in Plyform e’ necessario prevedere un sistema vibrazionale a bassa potenza con lettura di accelerometri o a interferometria laser. Il costo si aggira sui 30.000 €

Per I test termici estensivi che dovremo compiere l’anno prossimo va preventivato l’acquisto di 2 camere climatiche (costo 40.000 € l’una) o forse di una camera a termo-vuoto
