Reimagined Learning offers undergraduates a ‘money can’t buy’ training experience. Working alongside current Three employees the 12 winning students will co-deliver an industry insight workshop to a secondary school, before feeding back their experience in front of a panel of Three’s senior management.

The programme is laced with learning, networking, advice and personal development, shining a light on the many facets of the mobile industry and offering a superb addition to anyone’s CV.

Three HQ, MaidenheadThursday 22 October 2015If your video submission is successful, you will be invited to spend a day with Three at their HQ in Maidenhead, developing some of your skills and finding out more about their business. During the day, 20 students will be given a chance to pitch to a panel of Senior Leaders for the opportunity to be involved in Three’s Reimagined Learning programme.

Training

Training day, Three HQ, Maidenhead12 winning students will win a place on the programme. Reimagined Learning starts with the fact that is open to both Three employees and university students. The experience challenges participants to really put their storytelling and collaborative skills to the test through engaging with two very different audiences.  During the training day participants will focus on developing their skills and preparing for the two challenges to follow.

Delivery

School workshop, south-east EnglandDuring the first challenge, Reimagined Learning participants will work together to deliver a workshop in a school for 14-16 year olds that brings the mobile industry to life.

Presentation to senior panelThree HQ, MaidenheadHaving mastered this first audience, participants will then present on their experience to more of Three’s senior leaders.
