MSTC’s e-Procurement Portal Guidelines for Browser Settings

A) For Google Chrome Browser

1. Install the latest version of Google Chrome

2. Open website https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/cspgcl/bi/index.jsp and click

on “Install Component” link to download and install the file for adding MSTC SIGNER App

extension.

After Clicking on “Install Component” link, the following page will open . Click on “Add to

Chrome”

Click on “Add Extension “

“MSTC Signer App” will get added to the Google Chrome extension.

3. After the addition of MSTC Signer App extension, the option for “Install Component” will

disappear from the login page.

And for login purpose, open the website

(https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/cspgcl/bi/index.jsp ) and login with user id

and password.

B) For Mozilla Browser

1. At first install the latest version Mozilla.

2. For installation of MSTC Signer App extension, open the website

https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/cspgcl/bi/index.jsp and click on “Install

Component” link to download and install the file for adding MSTC SIGNER App extension .

3. After Clicking on “Install Component”, the following page will open. Click on “Allow”

4. Click on “Add” button to add the MSTC Signer App extension.

5. After the addition of MSTC Signer App extension, open the website

(https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/cspgcl/bi/index.jsp ) and login with user id

and password.

C) Steps for Login after successful installation of MSTC Signer App

Extension ( in Google Chrome and Mozilla )

Open the website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/cspgcl/bi/index.jsp ) and login with

user id and password.

Click on “Select Certificate”

Click on “OK” if by default your DSC is selected. In case there are more than one DSC installed in your

system, then to select your DSC, click on “More Choices”.
