Unless confirmed in writing, yourperiod of probation will automatically be extended on the expiryof one year and you will continue to remain on probation tillyou are confirmed in writing. In case of unsatisfactoryperformance during the period of probation and/or extendedperiod of probation, you shall be liable to be reverted to yoursubstantive position.
3. You will be governed by the terms and conditions as areapplicable to employees in the E4 grade and rank includingothers as laid down in your appointment letter and such otherterms and conditions as will be changed/ introduced/ amended/modified by the Management from time to time.
