●Aim: Showing ITER and fusion advances in the broader energy context. The event would be aimed at showcasing new scientific and technological developments, providing media coverage and increasing public awareness about fusion and future energy sources. ●Duration: 2-3 days
●Place and venue: Monaco Grimaldi Forum (tbc) ●Capacity: Depending on the venue, participants could be in the range of 500-1,500. The exhibition would be open to the public
●Dates: 2-3-4 December 2013. HSH Prince Albert will open the event on 2 December

● Structure: ● opening plenary session (DG Motojima, HSH Prince Albert, Keynote lectures)● Round table sessions (scientists, industrialists and DA representatives)● Sessions proposed by participants (open call)● Exhibition of technological developments● Press programme (press conference and press briefings)
● Organisation: IO with Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) ● Audience: Scientists, industrialists, managers and media professionals. The
general public would have access to the exhibition (with Fusion Expo?)
● Promotion: through scientific and professional networks, IO web site etc

Practical information
●Hotels: The Monaco Tourist Office will manage the block booking of hotel rooms in Monaco and links to hotel site reservations from conference web site
●Registration fees: The participation fee is €300 for the three days. One-day passes will be available for €150
●Exhibitors and sponsors: An Exhibitors and Sponsors Guide will be published on the conference website
